      I bought a $14,000 spa with a warranty six months ago. A defective part needs replaced. Sundance said they would replace it and then stopped responding.

      I have a Spa that had a dangerous recall on a heat sensor. They sent a letter saying they would would repair it, however when I called to have it repaired they would only send me the part and wanted $300.00 dollars for a service call. So now I have a $20,000. Dollar spa that is unusable. This is the second time they have sent me parts and refuse to fix the ***. Either come fix it or give me my money back on this faulty spa.

      We purchased a Sundance Spas hot tub through Big Sky spas in ********, *******. We have tried to get assistance with the heater not keeping the set temperature, an insulation issue (we ordered the extra insulation and it apparently was not included), and the exterior lights on the cabinet keep coming on when we have set them to not come on. The SmartTub app doesn't save settings either. The hot tub was delivered 12/2/2024 and it's unclear if we are every going to get a resolution this matter. During a service appt, the tech also apparently busted a cover clip. We need to get this resolved as we are in a windy area and the cover needs to be secured. We would like Sundance Spas help to get these issues corrected or a new tub, immediately. This is at a second home that we are not at all the time, so this is becoming extremely aggravating and a problem to get resolved with us not being on site. I asked the sales *** at ************ to have the owners call me. They have not called me. This was a $17,000 tub and it's been a problem since it was delivered. Not happy.
