    I purchased 2 Elk Lighting wall sconces (10651/1SC) on Nov.25 2022 in the total amount of $828.
    I the checkout process they offered 2nd day, and other faster shipping options for additional charges. I chose free Contiguous Shipping. My credit card was then charged for the order $828. A few weeks went buy and items had not shipped so I emailed company with provided email asking when my order would ship and that I was concerned I had been charged for unshiped items. They responded and said the items would ship on Dec.14th 2022 and if I wanted I could cancel order for a refund. I replied I wanted to keep order. My order still has not shipped. I would like a refund for the items in the amount of $828 that I have not recieved.

    I placed an order for an item on 12/7. Item still has not shipped, I have reached out to every number on possible and keep getting hung up on.

    I ordered a product November 1st and I still have not received it. The company keeps stating there's a shipping delay at the port and keeps extending the shipping date. I have requested a refund twice but I have yet to receive it, and they have the audacity to ask me to rate their customer service when it is non-existent.

    I placed an order on ****************, owned by peazz, on 11/14/2022 and was charged $319.99 for it on 11/16/2022. After not receiving an order confirmation, I requested one on 11/17/2022. After researching the company I found that many people never received their orders, therefore I canceled mine on 11/18/2022 and received a cancelation confirmation the same day. On 11/22/2022 I sent an email asking when I would receive my refund and was told they would get back to me within 24 hours. I followed up on 11/26/2022 and was told that they apparently were looking into why I did not receive my refund. I have called their customer support several times and am told that they will inform the right team of my issue and get back to me within 24 hours every time with nothing ever being done. This company is obviously scamming people into giving them money and not giving refunds.

    I made a purchased and used American Express & Visa Gift card and the items were returned as they did not work out. I was told that they could not provide me back my money and I would have to get a Home Goods gift card. I am extremely upset about this as I did not originally have a Home Goods gift card and want my money refunded back to me in cash or some other source but NOT a Home Goods gift card. I have a receipt that shows I used my gift cards. Aren't gift cards as same as cash? There were not any signs posted anywhere in the store stating that if I return the items, they will not provide a full refund via cash or back to my debit card for the purchase. This is not proper customer service and I should have been made aware by the clerk who assisted me that if I use my cards they cannot refund money back to them.

    Ordered an item after their website said “over 10 in stock”. Never received an update after paying them. Was finally told by email “it is being shipped and will be here in a month”. Read online complaints and this is what they tell everyone. They are a front company with 0 products in stock. They take payment then attempt to find it for cheaper elsewhere thus making a small profit. It’s a total scam. They refuse to respond regarding a demand for refund. This is THEFT
