On 9/27/22 I paid 75.69 for a gaming tower that was only available on this website and has not been sold in the US since 2014. They then told me multiple ship dates until January 18th when they canceled my order told me it was refunded and advised me to dispute it with my credit card. I think they never had the product or the rights to manufacture the product. I think they never attempted to refund my credit card. I think their website is fake or parts of it are. I think they make money by people forgetting about their items and refunds.Initial Complaint

I placed order H********** in early May 2022. Every time I asked for an update, they cited Covid delays. After waiting for so long I finally cancelled the order on January 28, 2023. I received an email stating confirming that the order had been cancelled and refunded, however the funds never showed up in my account. I ordered this product on 11/9/22. I was supposed to take delivery within a week. I have contacted the company 13 times and they continue to push the delivery date out. I have asked for a refund, but do not expect it to come. I see that looking at reviews the BBB has given this company an F rating and many people have complained about the company being a scam company and never receiving their products.

I ordered a LumiSource Cello barstool valued at $140 before discounts on October 17, 2022 with an estimated delivery date of Nov 10, 2022. However, I did not receive a shipment notification after one week of placing the order even though the website stated that 10+ were in stock. Upon contacting the business, the estimated delivery dates has been updated to Nov 26, Dec 8, 2022, and Jan 17, 2023 all due to holiday congestion or port blockages. None of the delivery dates were met and my order delivery was continually delayed. Since the time that I placed the order until now, the barstool website advertises that 10+ of the item are in stock ready for delivery with estimated delivery dates 1-2 weeks in the future. However, as can be clearly seen by the delays to the estimated delivery dates -- the company does not have any of these barstools in stock. This is false advertising. Purchased online on 10/18/2022 Pyle ******** Blue Wave Series High-Power Subwoofer (18") × 2 order totaling $267.80. First was told issues with the port nothing getting thru u til nov 9th, then again the 29th of nov. Finally dec 5th received confirmation of order being cancelled and refunded. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR MY MONEY BACK! I have been extremely patient waiting and still no money refunded to my card. They keep saying raise the dispute with my credit card company which I have twice and they CAN NOT find any refund from this company from that transaction. I'm out almost $300! And I've asked for someone higher up than the person I've been emailing back and forth with to contact me BUT NOTHING other than the same "dispute with card company repeat email" from them!!Initial Complaint

On 11/4/2022, I placed an order for two white stools totaling $196.00. I was told that I would receive these items within 3-5 days. After about a week and no receipt of them, I contacted Home Goods Center (HGC) by telephone and email. I was told by a customer service rep on 11/11/2022 that they were on their way. I waited a few more days after no receipt of these purchased items. I went online to check and the website "no longer existed". I sent an email to cancel and was originally told that I could not cancel the items. I called and cancelled. I received an email stating the purchase was canceled. I have followed up with over 20 emails and multiple phone calls to ********************* to only get back responses from David stating that I need to "kindly raise the dispute with the credit card company. " I do not think this company even exists. It is theft. It is fraud. Please please get me my $196.00 refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Initial Complaint

I had ordered a Marble chess set on Aug 17, 2022 for my boyfriends birthday but they canceled the order so I had to reorder it on Sept 6, 2022. I have called and emailed them numerous times within the last 4 months and they never shipped my order telling me it was hold up in a Port. They then canceled my order on Dec 7, 2022 said they would refund my $170.81 in 5-7 business days it has now been 10. I have been calling them everyday to find out where my refund is and they said something about manually refunding it and that it was refunded which it wasn't. I tried to file a disbute with my bank but they can't because they only allow 90 days. All I want is my monies back that they owe because I am on a very limited income. Please help me.

This company is a complete scam. You place an order and they give you a shipping date. They keep pushing out out over and over. You never receive the product. They do this with everybody. A bunch of scumbags.
