      This is not the first time I had an appointment that took several months to get and was not seen. July 13, 2024 a appointment was confirmed the day before. I drove from ********* to the ****** facility and the receptionist said they canceled my appointment because the technician did not show up. Centerlake is very unprofessional and has no respect for their clients. How many scans does a person need to find out why I feel dizzy? I had a CT scan an MRI an was supose to get an ultrasound. You would think with all the money they get from insurances they would have more then one technician. I believe they just want to use the insurances and the admin pocket it and don't hire sufficient staff. Find yourself a competent doctor and insurance that take care of their patients. I have only had this insurance for two years and when my doctors sends me to ********** I despise going there because I never no what is going to happen.

      Out of your 10 southern California locations this company only has 2 locations with a Petscan!! Downey has no technician. Ontario's machine broke in July 2023 and my mom's appointment was cancelled. Rescheduled for tomorrow August 3rd. And just got a phone called from the Ontario location that there will be no technician tomorrow and they were cancelling her appointment again. This is outrageous, unsympathetic, uncaring and a dangerous company who treats cancer patients as unworthy
      human beings. Cancer is a serious disease that deserves immediate care for patients in need of living. What kind of company treats cancer patients as if they just have a cold!!!
      I will be reporting this company to the BBB, social media and every other possible outlet of this haines uncaring behavior by this Centrelake company.

      *edit - i posted this originally on 7/6 but the owner had it taken down. Since they didn't seem to care about the lack of professionalism their employee exhibited so much that they took down my review, I'm definitely now going to find all the places I can to post this review*
      Long story short (see **** for the full review) here are highlights:
      1. Tech had Christian music playing in the examination room that was coming from her personal cell phone.
      2. Tech did not leave to allow me to undress.
      3. Tech was on her PERSONAL cell phone WHILE I was undressing less than 3 feet away
      4. Tech tried to force me to give a 5 star review before she let me leave the room.
      5. After submitting a review on Google of my full experience, the owner took it down without commenting or attempting to apologize for the unprofessionalism.
      Most unprofessional experience ever. I'm not a big reviewer (live and let live), but this is extremely unprofessional, unnerving, and VERY uncomfortable. Be warned - apparently the owners don't care about the way their employees treat patients.
