    I just had a HORRIBLE encounter with a MANAGER named *************************. Who disrespected me to the point that my FOUR YEAR old daughter kept telling him to stop talking to her mommy that way!!!! I will definitely be speaking with corporate or whoever is in charge of that specific establishment in *********** for the malicious treatment I have received. Originally,I booked a ninja party for 10 and an employee- which they said was new- put my party in a ninja 5 area (by their mistake), however on the phone the employee reassured me BEFORE I PAID that he would be able to give me 24 chairs so I could easily have the ninja 10. because of that I ALREADY PAID, and made the proper arrangements to have the party this Saturday, January 14th. I went up to the facility just to get a feel for the space and how many table cloths I needed. When I got there I let the first employee know what i was told previously. She did let me know they normally didnt do that but she could ask her manager to see if he could further help (which was the right thing to do). At this point I was calm just waiting to see what was going to be the solution. So, when the manager comes up I let him know the same situation instead of him trying to figure out a solution for the mistake of HIS EMPLOYEES he continued to bristly say WE CANT DO THAT WE JUST REMODELED THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO- he was rolling his eyes NUMEROUS TIMES and becoming disrespectful. So at a point I let him know I do not want to keep hearing what you cant do, when *** already PAID FOR A PARTY THAT I WAS PROMISED. Find me someone that can actually help in this situation. He then became EXTREMELY defensive and speaking to me disrespectfully to the point where my daughter continued to say dont talk to mommy that way, stop talking to her, etc. Then I let him know firmly he will not disrespect me in front of my children. And he STORMED OFF!!!!!!!! And that was the MANAGER!!! So after he did that the employee from the front was so kind, she apologized for his horrible behavior and said she will reach out to another manager because it is not fair I was told something by the mistake of new employees and then I am totally just getting disrespected by a manager. (Mind you SKYZONE IS a few doors down!!!) at this point its too late to book another party because the event is this weekend, and I am still waiting to get my money back, for his HORRENDOUS BEHAVIOR I DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE BEING AROUND HIM!!! I will not ever go to this establishment.
