In Feb 28, 2024 I took my sash window pane to **************************** they gave me estimate and took in the broken window I had in a plastic bag . (Sales person named IXCELYSANTILLAN ) took window ,I never got a call back that my window was ready . Months later I had to go there to see the status of window but they didn't remember me or the window being taken in . They asked for invoice and I couldn't produce it . I thought I lost it . They said no invoice nothing else I could do to prove I took window to them. My management noticed I didn't have the window Sash and told me I had to pay for the entire window . C& C glass came and measured and took order charged me $950 because I didn't have the missing sash so I had to buy entire window . I found my invoice and immediately called ************* ,gave them my invoice number and sent screen shots. I gave them weeks to find the sash but nobody has called me back as of yet. I texted a person named ******* to no avail many times in Jan 2025.its now Feb 2025 and I don't want this to run out of time in order to make this coming to resolve issue . I believe this is what may happen if time runs out as this first took place in Feb 28 2024 . It's now Feb 13, 2024 and I'm not getting any response .

On February 28, 2024, ****** visited Raggio and Sons Windows and Doors, bringing in her broken window sash in a black trash bag and asking if we could repair it. Our representative, Ixcely, informed her that we could indeed assist with the repair and suggested she leave the sash with us, to which she agreed. We provided an estimate proposal outlining the cost of the repair, with the understanding that the work would commence once a deposit was paid and the agreement was signed. However, no agreement was reached, as ****** did not proceed with the deposit or sign the necessary documentation.
After a period of three months, ****** returned inquiring about her sash. At that time, due to the lapse in time, the sash had been disposed of. When she asked ****** about the sash, Ixcely was unable to recall the details of her case and requested that ****** provide the quote we had given her. This would help us identify the specific item she was referring to.
A few weeks later, ****** reached out via telephone with Abraham Raggio, sending him the  estimate for the repair that had been given to her. ****** explained that the management at her residence had noticed the missing window sash and insisted that she pay for an entirely new window. She also mentioned that she had C&C Glass come to her residence and measure and charge her $950 because she did not have the sash, forcing her to purchase a complete new window.
I inquired as to why ****** did not return to us to have the sash made for the quoted price instead of opting for a new window, to which she responded that the decision was made by the management of her residence. On February 13, we spoke by phone, and I instructed my management team to reach out to her for clarification, as no official agreement or work had been performed on our end, and we were unclear about her current request.

******* Raggio (*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************) from *************************** installed two windows at my home on 18 December. Within 3 weeks the window trim tape on both windows had fallen off. I contacted ******* on 14 January with the issue and he agreed to come and fix it, however, he never came and stopped responding to my emails. Finally, after no responses for 2 months, I'm filing this claim. Attached is the email chain. I just want the company to fix the trim tape. If the company is unable, I would like a billing adjustment of $200 or the cost of hiring another company to fix it.
