    I bought windows from them a little over a year ago. After they were installed the tension was too loose as they were double hung windows (opening top to bottom). So the window would be opened they would slide down with gravity and not stay in the open position. I had to prop a stick to keep them open. After contacting ******* and his sons multiple times they were ignoring my calls until I threated them 7 months later with reporting them to the BBB. Within a week they came out and fixed them.Now I have 4 windows that are defective. There are spots on them that look like foil and lines across the windows in several places. It has been at least 3 months and once again they are not anwering my calls. I'm fed up and now going to seek help from you. Please help me as my new windows look really bad!
