    BASICALLY FRAUD. Ordered with Temu and it was out for delivery then the delivery failed and all they did was take a photo of a random building and moved on. Then the next day it said delivery lost??? Pretty sure they just stole my package as this is unacceptable as they didn't even try delivering my package. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ON TEMU/ALIEXPRESS unless you can confirm they won't use Piggyship. There are thousands of other people who have the same experience as me on reddit you don't have to look too hard.

    Ordered 4 things from the tiktok shop on March 11th 2025. It was delayed for a few days, but today the update is failed to deliver and I'll be refunded when they receive the items. I dont know if they will receive the items so this is a possible future problem (hopeful that its not). I would give it more stars but this is all I got to go on and I believe this is my first experience with them. Based on researching the company this is a common compaint here and on mulitple sites (yelp, trustpilot, ****** etc). Unfortunately, I did not get a choice to choose who was the shipping company.?

    The delivery driver left my package by the front door without trying to ring the doorbell. My family was home the entire day. They provided a blurry picture claimed that they delivered and refused to refund. There is no customer service and will never use them again.

    I live in a townhouse, and my garage is on a main drive. So I a have a sign that says for all deliveries please to to the front door inside the gate.When Piggyship dropped my package they left it outside the gate and someone picked up the little package. I called Chubby Cables and asked when I would be receiving my package, they sent a picture of the small package outside the gate. I explained about the sign and they said you have to contact the shipper Piggyship and ask the for a "improper delivery form" and they would reship my order to me. Contacted Piggyship several times and they will not take responsibility for the stolen ********** I'm out the money and the cables.

    The **** delivery driver stole my package. Caught him on my Ring Camera. He acted like he delivered the package with a picture and then picked it back up and walked away.

    This is one of the worst shipping companies I've ever experienced and I wish there was a way to shut them down for poor practices. Firstly, they attempted to deliver a package on a Sunday. Like many, my business is closed on Sundays. Any other shipping company would see the business hours listed and try again the next day or the day after. I called their hotline and was informed they'd deliver it within the week. The week passed without any effect , so I decided to go to their physical address and inquire myself.Thankfully, I could speak passing Mandarin, because that's all they could speak. After confronting them, they told me they'd look in their warehouse and locate my package within two days. After two days, they called me and said they couldn't find the package. That they might have lost it.This is incompetence. This is an inability to understand the responsibilities of a shipping company based in ***************** and our standard practices.

    This is the second time my seller has used this company. The first time the package showed out for delivery for 4 days before it was delivered. This time the package shows in the warehouse for (now) 20 days. When I contacted their customer' service they apologized 4 times and when I pushed I was told I can cancel my order. I looked at another package from another shipper and it comes from the same shipper so they know how to deliver small packages but not big ones.

    I placed an order in early-mid November & unfortunately, this company took extremely long to pick it up from customs and eventually this package varying my kids Christmas presents was lost. Despite my best efforts, due to the companys failure to deliver the package in a timely manner, I had to cancel the delivery to get a refund and thankfully I was able to reorder what was left in stock. I updated my account settings to prevent this company from being used to ship my future ************ for your customer service, well that was a joke. I attempted many times trying to find the package via customer service and it was beyond frustrating because there is actually zero customer service due to your bots. I eventually spoke with someone somehow or who knows could have been a bot pretending to be a person. Either way, I was told the package would be delivered within a few days of speaking to them. He did not indicate if there were any issues that would prevent my package from arriving. This was yet another lie! I observed that it was eventually picked up and was on its way to be delivered but clearly was lost again. Tonight I received an email indicating that the item was returned to the vendor because it had the wrong address and there was no way to contact someone. This is the biggest lie and the company should be investigated and shut down because there is absolutely no reason this package was not deliverable. I firmly believe this company is truly a scam and moving forward I will cancel any order if this company is ever selected from a business to send a package to me in the future. Sadly, this isnt my first failed delivery from this company because a previous ordered package was lost as well. Eventually it arrived after my numerous attempts to find it but of course it arrived too late. Thankfully I was able to return the shipment and received a refund then as well. Hopefully Piggy Express will be shut down to prevent others from this joke of a business.

    they don't even get a single star, 0 stars, no communication with the customers , customer service is a joke, where they don't care at all and aren't helpful, I have been trying to get in touch with someone for days about my package, and i have not received any communication back. I work at a *** store, and we get some piggyship packages delivered to our store as well, and every single time there are miss delivers, our store has contacted piggy ship multiple times to pick up these miss delivers and bring them to the correct place, and no one has come/ none of the drivers will ever take back the miss delivers, so we have packages from a year back from piggy ship that has never been picked up. their drivers done know what their doing, the whole process of there delivery experience from my knowledge is bull s*** from start to end. we have even had some customers come up to us, explaining that piggy ship has had "false deliveries", where they mark a package saying that it's arrived and use a previous delivery picture to complete the order, when the package never arrived. Personally this company just needs to be shut down, or they need to start a contract with a larger company, because currently the company is trash and complete ********. All i have seen and heard from others is complaints as well, and im surprised nothing has been done about it. and for all of you reading this, good luck receiving your packages because its going to be a s*** show! and if the owner reads these, it's time to actually train your delivery drivers, and crack down on your company. And if the BBB is reading this, for the love of god shut this place down so other company's with better success and higher business IQ can do things right. Overall, if you can avoid partnering with this company I would, run as far away as you can from this company, it's not worth the ***** and dimeing, you will run into more issues then good in the end.

    Twice have had packages delivered by this company. Both times the driver threw the oscillate to the porch from the end of the driveway and broke the contents of the package. **************** wouldn't respond to my complaints.
