    The delivery company just dumped my package by the front door and left, They did not try to ring my bell, and I work from home. I live in *************, so after they took a photo of the package by my front door, it would have been stolen within 5 minutes. I live in a heavy foot traffic area and we have homeless camps on the street. The company just sent me an emaiil saying they delivered and have a super happy fun life. Irresponsible driver knows full well it would be stolen.

    My package was blatantly stolen by the courier. He took a picture of it in my mailbox and then just took it back out and drove away, captured on my ring camera.

    I ordered a package from *************** which unfortunately uses this "company", PiggyShip said they failed to deliever at 3am and after calling them, they said they would fix it and i'd get it soon. Still havent gotten my package days later

    Probably the worst courier service in the *************. Package goes missing and there's no updates and no follow-up by customer service. **************** just gives you lip service and ghosts if you follow-up with them to see if they've done anything whatsoever to help you with delivering your package. I'm not sure how they're even in business, considering that they, not only have horrible customer service, but don't do what they're being paid to do.

    Purchase item from Acemend 4-in-1 leg massager on 9/5/24 and was delivered through piggyship. They stated that the driver left package in front of my apartment door , when I check the pictures showing delivery staute, it was left on the floor in mail room.

    They give your package to random people and have no idea how to contact the drivers to ensure delivery! **************** is useless and provide no reassurance or security in delivery. My package was scheduled for delivery on the 1st, the driver was granted access to my apartment building but did not feel like walking to my unit to deliver the package or follow simple instructions to deliver in the mail room so rescheduled the delivery! Two days later a 2nd delivery attempt has not been completed at nobody with customer service has any answers about where my package is and when it will be delivered! This company needs to be dismantled IMMEDIATELY

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by PiggyShip. On 08/20/2024 I placed an order with your company, and despite it being three weeks since my order was placed, I have yet to receive my package. I have made multiple attempts to contact PiggyShip's customer service every day inquiring about the status of my delivery, only to be repeatedly told that the package would be delivered the next day. Each time, I provided my phone number and access code, requesting a courtesy call upon arrival at my apartment, yet my package has still failed to reach me.This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I have been subject to a continuous cycle of broken promises and unfulfilled commitments, causing significant inconvenience and frustration on my end. I demand immediate action be taken to rectify this situation, and that my package be delivered promptly to my address. Additionally, I expect to be compensated for the undue stress and inconvenience caused by the negligence of PiggyShip's delivery service.

    I was expecting my package on 8/26 and I hadnt received it. I called the next day and they said it was a failed attempt. She then said shed put in a manual request but I hadnt received any update. I called multiple times the next day and was hung up on several times. I finally had gotten someone on the phone and it was the same lady and she said I can either wait or request a refund in so many words. I waited yet another day and even sent the company an email with my concerns. They sent some email back but I still hadnt gotten an update for another attempted delivery as promised. I called yet again on 8/29, 3 days later after calling and calling and no other attempt had been made. I then got with the company on the TikTok app and asked for a refund as instructed by the rude lady, and was told they couldnt process until I receive the package in which Id explained to them and other agents multiple times that Ive tried resolving this issues with the shipping company and it had been unsuccessful many times. I believe it is a scam to keep the money because how can I get the package if they arent attempting? Not to mention I cant get my money until they do so? This is a scam and Ill be delivering ticktock all together after this. Its a racist app and Ive had issues with it not even recognizing racism when it comes to black people but will quickly get rid of any other content they dem offensive. Im sick of them and this ugly, racist society!

    PiggyShip would not deliver my package twice again. When I said, "please put my package next to the white door". I live in apartment where is there is always door with a lock but there is a doorbell. They do not understand proper English and only Spanish. Why????? I called back to the phone number, but they do not pick up the call. And their online chat is not useful. One agent will join the chat and just end the chat less than one minute (Name: *****). I wrote my needs in English and Spanish for them to understand. This shipping company is making me stressful.
