    Ordered headlights order #**** for **** from the business. Some discussion occurred shortly after, and I wanted clarification on strange verification emails I was sent. No more information was exchanged, and I asked several times more when the item would be shipped. I emailed them (which is the only contact method given) on 7/12/23, 9/8/23, and 11/4/23 with no response.

    Place order 1 May 2023. Item was not in inventory. Received Order Confirmation. Had no correspondence other then the Confirmation on 1 May 2023. 11 October I emailed asking if there was any status update. Evening of 11 October I received a reply saying their vendor has no ETA, and that they can issue a refund. It would take 5 - 7 Business days. I replied On 12 October to that email and told them yes go ahead and cancel the order. 20 October I emailed asking if the refund had been processed. No refund, and no reply. 24 October emailed again asking if refund had been processed. No reply, no refund. I would like any assistance you can provide to get my refund.

    I purchased an Ambient Lighting Kit for a ************************************************** November of 2022. I received the kit in February of 2023. I was fine/understanding of the delay because I am also in the Automotive industry and fully recognize the issues we are all having with supply chains. One of my techs and I began installing the kit only to find out we were missing a cable that was shown to be included in the kit. I have contacted Primitive Automotive multiple times, (March 3, April 21 and April 29) provided the order number (****) and provided pictures that they requested; however they haven't made any significant steps towards resolution of this problem. They have not responded to my last 3 emails (2 from me and 1 from my son). I have reached out through social media yet they refuse to respond. I believe that they should have the common courtesy to help me acquire the missing cable since I paid for it.

    On 12/13/22 I purchased product *************** Folding Side Mirror Rear View Kit 2016+ ***** Civic 1" from Primitive Performance Auto's website. The product arrived on 01/13/23 was taken to a body shop for install on 01/30/23. Upon install, the mechanic discovered that the driver side mirror had 12v of power going into it, but the motor was not functioning (leaving us with a defective part). I contacted Primitive Performance Auto promptly on 01/30/23 via their website (***************************************************************************************), I received an automatic reply email from them the same day, asking for photos of the whole item we received. I replied the same day with photos of the part and the invoice from the body shop explaining the defect. After that, I sent 3 follow up emails on 02/03/23, 02/17/23, 03/07/23 with no replies to any of my emails.I am looking for a functioning replacement part or a refund to purchase a working part from a more reliable source.

    I purchased back in December a Auto folding kit for my side mirrors , it took approximately over a month to arrive, when it arrived the electrical harness was Completely wrong I try to contact primitive performance by email and only got short answers and eventually when I try to send the some photos it **** getting my emails back saying there mail box is full ! I expand $410 between the kit and labor and I still don't have what I paid for. Need this company to take responsibility on what they are selling and fix this issue

    On February 20th of this year I purchased a spoiler for my car from Primitive Performance Auto. I received the product in the first week of May after several shipping delays that they failed to notify me of. I had to reach out to them every time to get shipping updates. Upon inspecting the product I find it to be a falsely advertised product. The item description did not disclose that the 50 pound spoiler was to be installed with tape. A big spoiler sitting on the back of my car held on with tape. That is a huge liability issue and I have a letter from my professional auto body shop stating what a liability risk installing that would have been. The photo that they use to show the product shows it being bolted on, which is the safe way to install these spoilers. I then reached out to the company to try and do a return, even offering to pay return shipping because I would have never ordered the product if it were accurately described. They denied my request and told me to "modify the spoiler myself". There are no instructions to do that and is still a liability risk. I then filed a charge back with my bank stating the product was falsely advertised. Because I didn't send the proof of the company changing the item description my charge back was denied. The company had their money on July 13th. Today, over a month later, I have a debt collector attorney calling and harassing me stating I am in possession of stolen property. I had to argue with her for almost 10 minutes that the company had their money. She finally calls the company and then calls me back stating "they didn't report to her that they had actually gotten the money" so now after they have money for the product not only am I being harassed but my family members are receiving calls that state I'm in possession of stolen goods.
