    Wish I could give zero stars.In November I ordered the "MG Style Aero Wing Trunk Spoiler 2017+ ***** Civic FK7/FK8". I was interested in this wing because in all the pictures the wing is fully carbon fiber and was what I was looking for. I had tried reaching out MULTIPLE times via email and the contact forum on their website for updates on when my order would ship out with no responses. I finally received my package the second week of January and was extremely disappointed when I opened it to see that it was nothing like was pictured. The carbon pieces are not real carbon, and the side wings are solid metal instead of carbon fiber as pictured. The pictures also show a completely different configuration for where the wing attaches to the car/side brackets. The pictures and description for this item are misrepresented. The bolts to secure the wing to the car werent even in this package either. I want to return my order and have been trying to get in contact with them since I received it, but my emails keep bouncing back stating that their inbox is full. Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

    I purchased mats from them, I end up wanting to cancel my transaction so I decided to email them. They pretty much just send me a link to their polcy and never canceled my purchase. They never told me if they were going to cancel my order or send me the item I have purchased. This was in July of this year! I have tried emailing them and even contacting them in social media! Its December the 2nd and emails after emails they have no responded. They pretty my ignored me and never refunded me my money and NEVER send me the product. I disputed the transaction with my bank but pretty much they told me that I have to contact them for a refund but how is it possible they respond to my bank but have been ignoring my emails for months! Till this date, they took 185 dollars from my account and pretty much STOLED MONEY FROM ME! THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR SEND ME THE **** I PURCHASED WITH MY HARD WORKING MONEY. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They wont return your money and they will ignore you and keep your money!

    I think they are not reputable company to do business with. I placed an order for canards for my 10th Gen civic, it literally took 3 1/2 weeks to get my part shipped after several emails, once I got my part it wasn't what was displayed on their website, it was some cheap double sided tape flexible ones, I paid $49.99 for the part, which I could of easily bought on *********** for $10.00, they are definitely a decieving company to do business with, after several emails showing them I could of bought them for $10.00 on *********** by the way I sent them pictures, they never bothered to reply to any of my emails......BUYERS BEWARE DON'T GET SCAMMED!!

    Wouldnt even give them a star if i could. Ordered a spoiler from them, within that hour of ordering i had to cancel my order. Was told i would be charged a restocking fee & that there are no returns on the item. Ridiculous. I would understand if i placed the order and tried to cancel it a few days later, but we are talking MAYBE an hour after placing the order i decided to cancel due to all the bad reviews ive read about them. So i decided to just go theough with the order to avoid the headache, this product was made to order only an hour away from my house. At this same time i bought japanese carbon products MADE TO ORDER as well, it took my jp products about two months to ship to me from japan after being made. It took this company FOUR months to ship out their product and even then would expect it to be perfect but no, scratches and already faded carbon. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of doing business with them to not waste their time and money. Oh and to top it all off customer service was even worse. Takes them at least 2-3 weeks to respond to an email once they find out you are unhappy with the customer service. I honestly dont even know how this company is still around.
