Bought a laptop less than a year ago, the laptop started to have heating issues. I waited too long to have it fixed within the warranty period. I missed it by couple of weeks. Contact the service department to get service information so I can replace the laptop fans myself. Gigabyte refused to give me any information except I have to mail it back to have it look at without telling me how much it would cost to fix it. I sent them photos of the fans, but Gigabyte did not help to confirm whether I got the right parts. To be able to fix my laptop is my consumer right as I paid for this laptop and I owned it. This company is a shame, I should have taken the reviews on ****** with 1 star and your reviews carefully before I wasted $2000 to buy from Gigabyte. This is the most irresponsible computer manufacturer I have ever know. I have bought more than 20 laptops and have never experienced anything like this. The lack of customer service is just shocking for a big name company like Gigabyte. I hope this review will help others to stay away from this manufacturerand avoid the cost of repair and time wasted. I will never trust all these social media post about Gigabytelaptops and systems. A costly ****** I have learned. I will NEVER buy anythings from this company again.

Horrible company for dealing with Warranty or RMA work. I sent my card in, and then sent it back saying it was fine. Issue was never fixed and still exists, and there is no way to get ahold of anyone to talk through the problem. Now I am out an expensive graphics card, plus the shipping it took to get it to them, just to send it back still broken. To top it all off, they told me I didn't qualify for a replacement just because of a scuff **** on the backplate.... Talk about dirty tactics. You would be wise to pick a different manufacturer for piece of mind. I will make sure I let as many people as I can know not to go with Gigabyte for parts.

Just avoid all Gigabyte products for your PC needs... Have a less than two year old, still under warranty gaming monitor from them (Model: Aorus FI-27QX). It started having issues, so first I had to pay to ship it to them for an *** (red flag number one of about a dozen). *** is returned with a note from the technician that they found no issues. The problem persisted and cropped up again within 24 hours of receiving the product back, so I recorded video of the problem to which Gigabyte yielded that yes it is a defect, gave me a SECOND *** number for a replacement (this time they paid for shipping). That *** arrived more than two weeks ago, and there had not been any updates. After multiple emails and phone calls... I was finally told that the product arrived damaged and that Gigabyte cannot process the *** until their claim with *** is resolved even though it's a replacement.I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor, who I was told was "out of the office until Thursday"... I asked for them to call me on Thursday, and that phone call never came.I am STILL waiting for resolution on my *** and given I use my computer and that monitor for my job, I am being hung out to dry by a multi-billion dollar company.

Horrible customer service. My son had to send numerous emails and make several phone calls regarding his monitor issues that was less than six months old only to find out he had to mail it to them at our cost. REALLY? It's under warranty and cost almost as much as a new monitor. Won't every buy another Gigabyte product and will make sure no one else I know does either.

I had purchased a Z690 AORUS ELITE AX DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard in March 2023. After assembly, I had persistent issues with an error code reading CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT or something similar, I do not remember exactly. After several weeks of trial and error, I narrowed it down to a hardware issue and checked my pins. My CPU was in perfect condition, and my motherboard had sever charring. Obviously, this is a defect, given I have had this issue since assembling my PC. I filed an *** through their website, and after several miscommunications and sifting through nonsensical and outdated instructions, I was finally able to ship the board out to them a week before the request expired. For reference, I had a month to ship it. It took me approximately three weeks for someone to clearly tell me what I was even supposed to do. After waiting a week for a response, I finally receive an email that my defective board is not covered by the warranty for "severe CPU socket damage" when that is why I filed the *** in the first place. They had the AUDACITY to tell me that I had to pay $100 to repair the board when under it legally should have been covered by warranty. I do not understand how this is even legal. I will be taking the money for repairs and buying a new board from a different manufacturer, one who actually communicates and views their customers as people instead of numbers on a spreadsheet. Never buy any product from this company, even if your life depends on it. If someone had a gun to my head and told me to give these grifters a nickel, I would take the bullet. They in no uncertain terms robbed me and frankly I'm amazed they are even allowed to operate in *****************. There's no way any of this can even be legal. I'd rather put my money into crypto. Dogecoin is infinitely more valuable than the oxygen these people waste.

Never again, Had a Q32QC for a year and half. After reciving the wrong firmware updates for two weeks they finally told me to send my monitor in for replacemnt. Told me I had to use *** KNOW ING *** IS BAD this monitor was going from ** to ** ON MY DIME. i dont have alot of money, I use this for work only. *** did agree to send me $197.00 for a $360 monitor. I NEVER wanted to use ***. Now I am being told I have to pay $360.00 for a monitor i got one and half years out of and wont replace it which It needed replaced before it got there, NOT THE SCREEN the ***** I was told it wasnt packedge properly yet was placed in a brand new box with brand new ******* including what i put. I could not afford to pay close to $200 to ship a $360 monitor. I. WILL. NEVER. OWN another GIGABYTE PRODUCT AGAIN. RUN! -1 star

Bought a monitor that spontaneously cracked after about 2 months of use without any external trauma. RMA requested it because their warranty covers everything but external damage. Upon receipt they automatically assume any crack is external. Completely dismissing that their internal components could have faulted. Poor customer service and will never be purchasing their products again.

Awful. I bought an $800 monitor from them, have had it less than a year, and I am already having dead pixel problems. I took photos of the dead pixels, RMAed my monitor and sent them the photo of the dead pixels. Gigabyte said nothing was wrong my monitor (despite there being plenty of problems and it being WITHIN THE COMPANY'S DEAD PIXEL WARRANTY) and I am currently trying to pursue any options to get my money back. Awful company. Spent six grand on their products over the last 6 years and won't spend another *****.

Unlike many others I actually have to give Gigabyte some credit. A little over a year ago I purchased a PC from ********* and just about a month after the warranty expired the graphics card failed. I reached out to ibuypower but they provided basically no help and tried to push me off to Gigabyte. So after digging through the Gigabyte site I found their RMA process and they actually approved my request. Now I have a freshly repaired Aorus **** and so far no issues with it. Maybe I just got lucky but Gigabyte seemed to actually step up when other companies couldn't be bothered to.
