      I bought a gaming system from Newegg and when it showed up the gaming card was not working. We contacted Newegg and they gave us information on how to return it. After 2 weeks of not hearing from Newegg I contacted them and they said they would not fix or return of gaming computer because the box was damaged! I asked for a picture of the box and of course they didn't have it anymore. Never use this company it is fraudulent, and they ***'t care about their customers just the $ sign.

      I do not recommend buying ABS gaming computers from this company Purchased a brand new prebuilt computer and it arrived non functioning. I was promptly sent a new one and it had the same problem. Third one sent was not functioning as well. I have bought with confidence in the past but now I would say buyer beware. Problem was no video output to monitor

      This company is a half step above a scam, they botched my order, refused to refund my money, promised they fixed the issue. Then blocked me out of ******** support and told me it was never going to be fixed in time, they lied to me to get me to back off the refund then told me where to stick it once half the order was delivered and refunding would be 10x more hassle.

      I would not recommend this company to anyone. I bought an open box laptop and received it in only a brown packaging box and bubble wrap. Not to mention the laptop was repaired before I received it. The laptop malfunctioned and I called to return it, they did accept the return, however, I was told I would receive a refund, which I did not. I received store credit. I asked for a refund and they refused to honor it. I called to cancel the account and was put on hold for ten minutes, they proceeded to tell me they were busy and I would get a call back. I have never been so sick of a company like Newegg before. Have nothing to do with them.
