    Description says it will mow up to 3 inches high. It does not and now they say for safety reasons there is nothing wrong with it and will not allow a return. Dont buy from this company unless you like short unhealthy grass. Must be a California Fire prevention set up that they dont disclose to the buyer.

    After an on-line research we decided to order a self propelled push mower by this company. Paid extra for quick delivery which it came on time. That was the only good thing about the whole experience. Put it together and mowed the first time. Although the power was lacking it did the job. Second time using, the self propelled belt came off. Contacted the company and was sent a video on how to drain the fluids and put the belt on. My 65 year old husband tried to find the issue but it was complicated. The company boasts a 30 day money back guarantee so I just asked to send it back for a full refund. Was told we needed to try to repair the issue first by a verified small engine repair mechanic. I again just told them I wanted my money back which was not going to happen. We took it to the mechanic and $125 later he told us that the engine was not put together correctly to begin with. He rebuilt it and said that they had the rpms turned way too low and he fixed that as well. We had to rent a mower to mow our lawn 2 times. We paid $339 for the mower total. We finally agreed on a refund in the amount of $210 and they sent $178. The technician correspondence was all done via text messaging and has taken 6 weeks today to resolve. This has been a nightmare. I would advise anyone considering this company to stay far away from it. No more online ordering of this magnitude for me.
