    Ordered a pair of headphones on December 3. I contacted customer support a week ago to get an update on the shipping status, and they haven't replied yet.

    I bought headphones for $69.99 on Oct 9 and received on Oct 18. The quality was not great so I requested a return authorization. I have emailed them numerous times to the 2 emails I have for them and also tried calling them about 5 times. I have not got a response through email ( but I have received more promotional emails from them ) and when I call, the call disconnects, EVERY time. I'm 2 days away from the 30 day money back guarantee. After reading all the reviews and complaints about this company, it seems this is their scam on making money. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere. Do not order from Cowin Audio!

    I have bought four or five pairs of headphones from Cowin, and they have always been great and worked. I recently bought a pair last month and two weeks into having them they just stopped charging and I cant get them to work at all now. I have called customer service multiple times but each time, I just get hung up on I never actually speak to a representative. Ive sent emails as well to the email on the website and I havent received any responses. Im now stuck with headphones that I cant use and no one way of getting my money back after spending over a hundred dollars. DONT buy from Cowin, they clearly dont care about their business, providing working products, and good customer service. Theyll just take your money and leave you high and dry.

    I bought COWIN E7 PRO on June 16,2023. Because I heard go reviews from the website, I decided to try them out. When I received them, I wasn't happy about the sound and decided to return them. According to their website they have a 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR ANY REASON. I have followed the return directions which states:Fill in a return/ exchange form HERE. Then contact us with your filled form. You will receive a confirmation Email with the details and status of your request. Recipient: ***** Cowin I have yet to receive a confirmation email so I can return the item and get my money. This is company is doing bad business and I will make sure I will never recommend this company to anyone in the fitness world.

    I have tried to contact Cowin Audio for over three weeks regarding a warranty claim for my E8 Headphones and have yet to receive any response The contact number is bogus I made the purchase on March 2 2023. After 3 months my headphones stopped charging and now I feel there is no recourse. I have tried everything that the Cowin website has outlined to initiate a replacement or refund my purchase price. I am starting to believe that this company is a total scam.

    I own an older pair of Cowin SE7 Bluetooth headphones. I thought they were very reliable and very good. I ordered two more pair on November 28, 2022, at a cost of $139.98. However, their website did not make a distinction between the SE7 ANC, and the SE7 AI models. They are nearly identical, except the former has a switch for the noise cancelling while the latter has a button and is meant to work with digital assistants. There is no way to order SE7 ANC instead of SE7 AI headphones, there is only SE7 on their website. The newer ones, the SE7 AI, *********** not connect as quickly, nor as reliably, to my Windows 10 PC and the microphone simply won't work. Furthermore, once the newer one is paired with my *** the settings cannot be adjusted to make the older pair work. Once I restart the *** the older SE7 ANC perform perfectly again. The newer version is significantly less reliable and nearly useless as I require the microphone to work. I have reached out several times to request a refund or exchange. All requests have been ignored completely. Basically, the SE7 headphones I ordered were not the same as the SE7 headphones that I previously purchased and are not functioning as they should. Again, no problem with the original, but the newer ones mess up my PC when they actually do pair. Cowin Audio support is basically a black hole/lie. I now just want a refund as I no longer want to deal with Cowin Audio.

    this company is absolutely awful. i paid to expedite my headphones and the auto fill did not put my apt number in and immediately when the order processed i noticed it wasn't there so i reached out immediately. they sent it out anyway without my apt number so i tracked it every day and tried to catch it at the post office but i was too late. this company's customer service is absolute garbage, i've reached out by email and phone every day since and they will not refund my money. i paid 100$ for these headphones, im incredibly ****** the **** off and feel utterly disrespected. how dare you call yourselves a company, this is ******* ridiculous. i will be reaching out to the ceo of this company.
