    I placed an order on 1/19 but didnt receive a confirmation email nor an order number. Without this information Im unable to track item and Im without proof of purchase. But my account was charged for the amount of $79.19. Ive tried to reach out via email and Ive called the number provided which disconnects. Upon further investigation I noticed similar complaints and a BBB F rating for this business.

    I purchased a new pair of Cowin headphones directly through the Cowin website. The headphones quit working after a couple uses. I tried to submit a warranty claim through their website a few weeks after I received the headphones and the company will not respond. I emailed the company numerous times with no response. The phone number included in the product manual for warranty is not answered. I would like a refund or replacement.

    I purchased Cowin E7 headphones in August of 2022. As per Cowin's warranty policy if you purchase from their website your purchase is secured under a two year warranty. About a year after my purchase (July 2023), the audio went out in my headphones. I have been attempting to contact their email help line for nearly a year at this point. I have never received a response despite sending four emails. Their email is the only contact line listed on the COWIN website.

    On February 23rd 2024, i purchased Cowin Headphones model E7. Upon receiving the item, i turned it on connected it to my phone and audio was heard but only for a brief second until an audible zapping type noise was heard. I charged the device for several hours and still nothing. I attempted to reach out to Cowin via phone but their line rings twice a prompt comes up twice asking for the user to hold and then hangs up. It also references there is a chat on their website, which does not exist. The item also looked partially used and to be an older model. To my knowledge the headphones I ordered did not have Cowin's name on the headphones but this one does. I believe the Bluetooth on this device may be faulty. I wanted to work this out with Cowin but not hearing back from them after repeated calls and even a text THEY sent out that I responded to and got no response back. For that reason I am seeking a full refund of the product purchased.

    I placed an order on February 5, 2024. I've sent two emails asking for an update on my order and nothing. My order has just been confirmed with no other updates. Another note: I chose expedited delivery for this purchase. When trying to call their customer support number listed on the website: ********************, you're put on hold, the phone rings twice, and then you're disconnected. I tried this several times and each time, the same thing occurred. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

    On the 22nd of Dec 23 I ordered Cowin Apex Active Noise Cancelling Wireless Earbuds. It's now 7th Feb 24 and still no delivery, and when I check the tracking it simply says order confirmed - not processed or underway. I emailed the company support to ask what's happening and got no response.I emailed them five more times and still got no response.They have no phone contact, and their chat/message facility doesn't respond.

    I purchased the cowin e7 pro headphones as a Christmas gift for daughter on 12/5/2023, which they accepted payment for. They were delivered 12/8/2023, but not opened until Christmas. She charged them for the recommended 4 hours then tried using them, they didn't charge. I tried charging them, they didn't charge. I charged my cowin headphones with the charging cable that came with her headphones, they STILL didn't charge. They are defective and not usable. I have been trying to reach them since December 26th by any and every means possible. I filled out the form online several times. I have emailed them at: ****************************************** **********************************,through their website also tried to call them at ************** but after waiting a couple of minutes the call just drops. They indicate they have a return policy, but there is no way to actually do it or reach anyone there. I have not received any information or replies back from them.

    I ordered a pair of headphones from them on December 23rd, 2023. The standard shipping option said it should take 4-7 business days to arrive. I understand it was just before Christmas, but even including Christmas Day and New Year's Day, it has been 6 business days. My order has not even shipped out and only says "confirmed" as it has since the 23rd. I even downloaded their shipping tracking app, and it also only says confirmed. I have sent them two emails (I threatened a chargeback with my bank in the last one) and am having the same issue as everyone else where they don't actually answer their phones. Additionally, they claim to have 24/7 chat support on their website, and that does not actually exist. I have purchased their headphones through Amazon in the past with no issues and loved them, but this time I purchased through their official website.

    I ordered headphones on December 11th, it is now December 26th and I have had no updates of the shipping nor have I received what I ordered. I have contacted support and they have not replied.

    I purchased these headphones on 9/25/23 for ***** for the purpose of noise canceling headphones. Right away I could tell there minimal noise canceling effect, so on 9/25/23 I requested a refund. I sent multiple email request for a return label as the website site suggested waiting for response, but never received one. I tried contacting the company multiple times and would put hold and call would drop. Just want a refund.Thanks,
