    We purchased home security cameras (4) from this company. All of a sudden our password does not work. I have been trying for over a month to speak to someone at this company. They give me a "super password" via email, which does not work. I have repeatedly tried to speak to someone regarding my issue but they don't provide a phone number to call. Email is the only way to contact. When you go to live chat, it's a 24 wait for an email. My security cameras have not worked in this month I've been trying to talk to someone but nobody at this company seems to care.

    Ordered a security system in October 2023 and been trying to contact them for the last 3 months with no results.One of the camera power adaptors went bad.Thses people should be put out of business the way they run customer support.Good luck trying to contact them.

    After purchasing and installing the camera system we contacted **** about getting it connected to the Wifi. They confirmed the model # was wifi compatible. Over 30 emails back and forth and across at least 2 months trying to get the system set up on wifi, and **** tries to say "oh its not compatible". They now refuse to return my emails. I want a wifi compatible DVR that works with the current cameras. I contacted them before their 1 year from purchase date and they refuse to help other than sending a cord to hard wire (not what I want, nor what I asked for). We did everything they suggested to do and THEY are the ones that confirmed my DVR model # to be wifi compatible. The whole point of cameras is to watch over our home when we are away!

    Products lasted less than 2 years. **************** is ***** based and extremely difficult to communicate with. They do nothing but question your ability to trouble shoot even though they have to know how bad of quality their equipment can be. I have been trying to get the *** (recording device) replaced for my security cameras for weeks now and they keep emailing me with different requests each email instead of sending me a replacement recorder.

    I bought security cameras they worked for a month and stopped back in nov.Nov. I have emailed this company numerous times. Cause you can't call or chat with them still have no response other than upload pictures which I have done. There seems to be no customer service nor help they ignore everything
