    Ive been in contact with **** customer service over the past 25 days and 25 emails later about one security camera that is defective within the one year Zosi warranty period which was part of a four camera with NVR security package Even after Zosi acknowledged that the camera can have several issues that prevent it from functioning properly, ZOSI has now move into full blown stall, delay, and evade tactics mode. Zosi has continued to request multiple trouble shooting steps using the same test process over and over (this specific Zosi requested test was completed and the camera failed their test), repeatedly asking for a new additional site trouble shooting test by using test equipment that I do not have access to, repeatedly requesting that I disassemble/reassemble the ***** which I more than once indicated that I do not have the manual dexterity to safely accomplish and the level of this request is well above normal on site trouble shooting, continually stating they have referred data to their technician and are waiting on their response, wasting effort by sending multiple what I call make the customer feel good emails telling me dont worry. Its unbelievable that **** has spent so much wasted effort and time on stalling and evading the warranty replace of a faulty low end security camera (consumer cost of about $80 on Amazon) that has been tested and documented to be defective. Be advise that if your **** purchase should require future customer support or you have a warranty issue, **** customer service has shown to be totally unresponsive (25 days, 25 emails, no resolution) and reverts to using obvious delay and evade action in responding to their written warranty. Bottom line - stay away from any **** product.

    I had a Technical issue trying to connect to a new Modem, I sent 5 emails requesting tech support, I finally received a phone call at 10:30 pm after I had resolved the issue my self.Very hard to get any tech support from this company.I would never buy a camera from them again.

    The dev locked me out when I know the password is correct. You cant speak to a human to get assistance. They email once then nothing. A waste of hard earned money.

    I ordered a 4 camera security system on 6/20/23. Out of the box 3 cameras worked perfectly. One camera displayed purple. I tried every troubleshooting tip that was provided online. Repeated emails to company with no reply. Finally found live chat and they called me. After a prolonged call with the technician, he proceeds to tell me that my network was at fault and I would get no help, exchange nor refund and there was nothing I can do about it. Terrible customer support from this company.

    So about a week ago I had tried to access my system, after having pretty much everything in my home, electronic, hacked. I'd unhooked my surveillance system completely, for about a month. In the process, I'd chaged my email, and phone number, as well as passwords ** everything. Long story short, when rebooting my system, I'd forgotten my password, and I'd locked myself out of any way to recover it. I wrote zosi support, they responded that same night. They were very pompt and secure, wanting to know the details, you would expect them to, as a security provider, and were very respectful and helpful. 4 ****************, they'd sent me a super password, that inevitably allowed me into my system, and didn't even lose my data. They are a great staff!
