    If you ship with this company from ****** to the *********** you might as well cancel cause they are terrible the worst delivery company i have ever used always have a issue with them

    While they have done some deliveries on time for me and have not had any customs issues, their customer support in the ** has no local phone numbers to call, and their package delivery updates are unclear. They will also often drop package with local partners but not provide notification that the shipping partner has changed. This is especially frustrating when issues with the local shipper come up but cannot be timely resolved because **** did not even notify that the local partner has switched, so there is no way to know if an issue is even happening from their tracker until its already worsened.While packages can still get delivered on time, as a liaison their customer service and notifications are very poor and can cause problems.

    They dont even try. Lost my package. They dont have a US phone number for customers, they dont return voice or email messages. ***** doing business with them if possible

    I have been ordering sneakers from **** for a few years and never had an issue until today, never heard of ECMS in all the years i have been ordering from ****, my sneakers were delivered at 10:34am, I didn't get the email notification until 5:00PM, and I don't have my sneakers, very disappointed in GOAT and will not be ordering anything else if this is the sorry service they are going to use.

    If BBB would allow reviewers to provide negative rating, ECMS would definitely get one. I ordered my shoes on 30-Jan-24 from GOAT and they placed the parcel with ECMS on 04-Feb-24. My package has been sitting with ECMS and the last update was on 05-Feb. I have tried to call and created an email inquiry with ECMS to get an update. I got no response. I contacted GOAT and informed them of the situation. ********** @ GOAT Support ***** as well. When telling him about this situation, all he said was "wait a few more days" for a response. What passes me off about this, is that GOAT is aware of the horrible service that ECMS provide to their customers and GOAT won't stop using them. This is a vendor that represents GOAT and when you have tons of customers complaining about the service ECMS provides, they do nothing. It's the same with Pandion PRO. Why are we paying $15-27 dollars for shipping, if we are going to have our packages stuck with the shipper and lost eventually. ECMS has to do better as a company. I understand they're a small startup since 2015, but they have to do better. GOAT has to do better by allowing its customers to choose their preferred delivery provider if we are paying for shipping. They're trying to skim and save on shipping cost, but all it does is create irate customers and poor customer experience. ECMS and GOAT need to do better by its customers

    If I could give it one star I would , they delivered my shoes that I purchased from GOAT to a completely different state. This is the first time I even seen this delivery company and it is horrible . This is the first time I have ever had a problem ordering from goat.

    ECMS is an unprofessional company, never up to date on delivery status, my GOAT package was delivered at 3:15pm was sitting outside never notified me that my package has been delivered. Until the next day I track it and it said your package has been delivered at 3:15pm yesterday SMH I will never use ECMS for my future purchases. Horrible customer service!! GOAT NEED TO USE A MORE PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY CARRIER.

    Has been sitting on received by carrier for a whole day it doesnt take that long to get the package moving and update the status I am truly concerned about my package as I was expecting instant shipping from the app I ordered from and saw that they were using this company to ship. Now I just feel that I wont be receiving it on time due to all the other reviews Ive read about this company. I am so mad and disappointed with GOAT for even using this company.

    They dont return emails and the call center is fake it just redirects you until you give up. Keeps saying package is at *** even though its gone through customs. I can imagine their operations as some meth head driving around with you packages in a ***** pickup truck from the 80s. They dont deserve a 1 out of 5.
