    I ordered a product from GOAT and they marked it delivered on app but it never got delivered and when I checked tracking number it says ECMS is handling the package and no update on their end at all...... idk why on earth GOAT would trust this company with handling package delivery because its making them look bad and they need to be out of business ASAP!!!! if you see ECMS express is handling your package consider it LOST!!!! worst service ever!!!!!

    ordered a package on 4/11 and here are on may 1st with no packaged! I ordered from the **** app and never have had an issue with **** appervices until now. You cant reach anyone on the phone nor email. It even says left *** and REturned to ***? Make it make sense.... please do us a favor and deliver my package and go out of buisness!

    I ordered sneakers for my daughter's birthday. I ordered March 22, 2023 and was told they should arrive in less than 7 days which was fine. Their website gives detailed information on the order from March ***** and there aren't any further updates after March 25 and today is March 31. I've called their customer service 5 times and haven't spoke to anyone yet. I've also sent 5 emails and haven't heard back. I don't mind if the sneakers are a few days late, but the lack of response to my calls and emails is not ok. I haven't seen customer service like this before. Stay away from this company!

    I ordered a package on 3/22 through flight club. the tracking stated on the 25th flight departure today is the 31st so over a week since Ive placed the order and 5 days since I got any updates on my tracking. Ive been emailing and calling & havent got no response at all. Terrible service.

    No word on my package that I ordered from goat it just says shipment departed from carrier facility. You can not reach anyone on the phone

    This company is terrible don’t use tried to contact company about order no response needs to be shut down stealing people packages
