    A Laview LV-PWL2-5G Bulb security camera that I purchased from ********** on Dec. 08, 2024.Shortly after receiving the product, I discovered that the glue used to hold its components together failed, resulting in the camera breaking into two separate pieces.On May 12, 2025, I reached out to the company via email to request a replacement for the defective product. However, I have not received any response from them despite my attempt to resolve the issue directly.I am seeking assistance from the BBB in addressing this matter. My request is for the company to provide a replacement for the damaged camera, as it was clearly defective upon arrival.

    Purchased cameras for our home and my sons home. The cameras have a common problem of failing and when you contact the company for warranty issues they seem to want. To drag the process out. First they want proof of purchase, then they want serial numbers from each unit to verify warranty status. Then they want video of the units not working. The units dont power up so there is no video to be shown. But with out video proof they wont honor warranty. I have already made Arraignments to but other camers from another vendor. Poor customer service. Never have I had to prove something doesnt work.

    Both of my original cameras stopped working within months of receiving them. **************** sent one replacement camera that didn't rotate. Even though I told them that I was still awaiting the replacement of the 2nd original camera, they only sent one replacement. I kept trying to follow up with their customer service since July 12, 2024 and haven't been able to get any assistance until today (September 15, 2024). Today I was told that the return policy has changed to only one month, but the return policy and a warranty is two different things. I believe that this company is having difficulty keeping up with all of the warranty replacement requests that they're experiencing.When I purchased the cameras on ******, it states that these cameras have an one year warranty. This company is referencing a return policy, when I'm trying to utilize the warranty. I believe their customer service representatives ignored my requests for assistance until the one year time frame for the warranty would expire.

    Company put account on subscription autocharge, without my permission. It's an AI detection plan that I suspect was on a free trial basis. Calling the company at ************ is unsuccessful, as the phones are not working. Unable to cancel this service on the website or *************. business doesn't respond to emails either.

    I placed my order June 19. Received the product, and it wasnt a 24/7 recording camera. **************** told me to return. I returned. Refund was issued yesterday July 31. No refund took place. Instead they took another $90 out of my account. Now I am out $180 and they have their product. No one will answer via phone or email for customer service. How can they take money from my account without authorization? I want my $180 back. I returned their product and have receipt of so and so do they. I need to feed my children. E

    I purchased the Laview E2 baby monitor in February of 2023. Ive only recently started using in everyday since September, as my baby slept in my room prior to this. It was purchased for $110.59 from Amazon, which is listed as a partner sales channel on LaViews website. Order number 114-4825286-8552238. Screenshot of order attached. Problem: The on/off power button has been hard to use in the last two months, and has stopped working altogether within the last week. I can no longer turn the monitor on or off. It still works as long as the device stays plugged in and charged, or else I will have no way of turning it back on. It clearly says on their website all analog devices have a 1 year warranty and purchases from a sales channel (I.e Amazon) falls under the ***************** policy. I have not been offered any repairs or exchanges on my product. Screenshots are attached. I reached out to the company on Friday, January 26th. I received a response on Monday, January 29th. I was offered a 20% discount to purchase a different product from the company as well as a month of cloud storage. There was no offer for a repair or exchange.     I purchased a monthly subscription and have tried to cancel it. However all their phone numbers are bad and I am unable to cancel it on their app. So it keeps charging me. I would like my subscription canceled and no longer be charged.

    LVPWR362-U motion sensor security camera. I have an ongoing email conversation with LaView Support that began on Aug 30 2023, particularly a person name of Quick responds the most. 19 emails since then. I bought this camera from Menards years ago I still have the packaging, was quite happy with it for couple years, then I moved it was in storage for awhile, I then set it up for awhile, took it down along with its related APP- which had saved login information. I decided to set the camera up once again, loaded the **** logged in & I got an error stating the camera was with another account. I provided picture of the camera, its SKU/Model No to support. I asked for them to verify & provide what email address is associated to the account as I have many. They irrelevant answers... eventually they gave me this.. User: tlcorrell Area: *** Tel: *********** App: Laview. I no longer have that phone number & never signed in using it. They told me to use 3 other APPs- so I do but I keep getting the same message, its used with another account. Clearly the acct is mine, the login is my name. So they tell me to unbind it, I do, system says the acct holder has been notified--- HOW? I have not received any email of such notification. If the notify is within that acct- well I cant access it. If it goes to the phone number I dont have it anymore. All I want is for the company to tell me what email address is associated to the account so I can log in correctly. Not wanting $ back, I want access to the camera.

    I purchased a security camera bulb from laview approximately 1 month 30 days ago at $49.99 per bulb I reached out to them to see about a replacement bulb as the one I recently purchased completely stopped working it went offline not only did they not respond to my tech support requests I submitted numerous times but they failed to respond to my request for a refund. They dont have a phone nbr they offer tech support if your within 3hrs of *********** (I'm in AZ) and that's about it I'd like a response and a refund for the initial security camera bulb I purchased the 1st time, seems only fair at $49.99 a pop ! Thank you

    I bought one of their camera systems on December 8, 2022. It worked perfectly fine until 6 months later. It hasn't worked right since then, I have reset/rebooted the entire system numerous times and it doesn't pick up motion anymore. I have reached out to their customer service numerous times through email, FB, and on the Laview App and received zero help. They specifically state on their website they all their products are covered at a minimum of 1 year but they don't provide customer service. I'm not the only one who has had this problem and I've seen plenty of people complaining about this online. The nature of this complaint is that they are falsely advertising and lying to people that they have at least a 1 year warranty when they clearly have no intention of honoring it. I spent $117.27 on a camera system that has broken down 6 months after purchase. I purchased this product through Amazon and the order number is ORDER # ***-1566496-7765060. This issue hasn't been resolved and it's been over 2 weeks that I've been attempting to contact and get some help or replacements sent at the very least. You can see on their very own website, their warranty policy for which they don't honor. ***************************************************************************
