    I bought the stipid camera on Amazon and it never records at night and never catches anything. The idiot *** from customer service told me to send back everything inclluding the chip and reader and the replacement they sent me was refurbished which i specifically told them not to do and tjey ony sent the camera mo attachments and not my chip and reader. And now the idiot is telling me **** only wanted tje camera!! Thats not what you told me *** and now im stuck with another defected item. I despise this company now because of what they r putting me thru NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND **** R LUCKY IM MOT CALLING CUZ MY ANXIETY IS ON OVERDRIVE AND IM GONNA GO OFF ON THEM. Item is not worth a ***** yet alone &60 bux plus a lot for the chips and readers I am beyond ****** off everything this man *** has told me in emails ALL LIES he couldnt fix it and ended up sending me another one that has chip cover next to reset button doesnt have plastic cover and it only faces down its not fixable it is a piece of ?????????? so was customer service, stop hiring idiots who know nothing about your product

    DO NOT deal with these people! They have charged my card for over a year, and I don't even have the camera anymore, I am forced to go to the bank and fix this. I have filed multiple complaints. They offered to send another camera if I would keep the service, that was 3 months ago and I never received another camera. I'M DONE!

    This company will not respond to customers for anything. They dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails, the dont respond on social media. I want a refund for the cloud storage I purchased because it was not at all what I thought I was paying for but theres no way to get any customer support. I really regret purchasing from them.

    I have tried to cancel cloud storage for several months. I even had my cc company to issue a new card with a new account number so payments would not continue for an obsolete device. Charges still continue, even with a new credit card! LAVIEW technologies does not answer phone or email. And the app does not allow you to cancel. When clicked, the app takes you to a blank web page. I am out almost $100 with no apparent way to stop them from charging me! We are beyond frustrated! Our next step is likely to cancel our credit card and quit a company we have used for 30 years. Is there anything we can do to resolve this?
