    I made an order on their website at **************************. It says that the package will be shipped and delivered in 3-6 days. But I have been waiting for 10 days, and the shipper has never received any package. The tracking number is "1Z31AE880317941491" but it only shows "Label Created" on March 26th. I called their customer service a few times and talked to different agents, they always said they would email me the follow-ups. But the follow-ups are always saying they need another 3-5 business days to investigate.

    03/03/2025 I contacted reolink to see how Id go about warranty out my camera that is no longer working I went back and forth with their representative via email to troubleshoot the camera finally they realized the camera was not working Now after all the c*** they are not wanting to cover the camera The camera falls within the 2year warranty period but they are giving me the run around so Ive contacted BBB to try and help me get it resolved Cam ID ****************

    **** has might delivery package on. Hold somewhere between ************* and *********, and it's failed to allow customers to contact them in file, missing package reports. Real link should have never used them. And unfortunately, I'm still waiting, and as I'm waiting each day. The date for arriving late changes intentionally on **** website. I do not appreciate a parcel company being used. Embryo link should have used another method. In addition, I am forced to message Reolink through a computer instead of by phone.

    Purchased a Reolink Argus 2 directly from Reolink in 2020. It was mostly kept indoors, never got wet or was subject to extreme temperatures. Last month, it spontaneously stopped working. The battery seems to have failed, as it will no longer charge. Reolink customer support confirmed it was a battery failure. Not only was customer support an absolute nightmare to get ahold of, they told me they could not send a replacement battery and there was nothing that could be done to repair the camera. There is no reason why technology like this should not even last 5 years. What an unnecessary tech waste. Seems like planned obsolescence. They offered an insulting 8% off discount code for me to buy a different camera. I would much rather buy from somewhere that cares about quality products and cares about the right to repair.

    Llevo contactando a Reolink durante un mes por una cmara de seguridad que no funciona y el costumer Service de Reolink me enva email todos los das y no *** solucin , la cmara est en garanta , el tiempo est pasando la garanta se va y la cmara est daada no funciona , la compaa de Reolink debera ser investigada por los productos que vende y la mala calidad o poca duracin de los productos , son productos muy caros , son productos con buena esttica que con muy mala calidad , los productos Reolink no llegan a durar un ao funcionando , la compaa Reolink no da respuesta a los consumidores o compradores , deben investigar por qu se venden productos de seguridad de tan mala calidad y sin solucin a los problemas que presentan ,

    Reolink warranty states they will bear cost of shipping faulty (DOA or quality problems) but when I returned the faulty items costing $52.55 through ****, they refused to refund full amount and only offered to reimburse me $15.

    I desperately need technical support from them on a product that they sold. My video doorbell and *** does not work. I've made several attempts to call them, email them & chat with them all failed. My last call to them they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and never answered or called back. Their tech support is horrible.This experience with them has led me to extreme frustration to the point where I will never recommend them.

    I had a defective camera that I needed to get replaced for my grandmother. I sent them the defective camera and in return they would send me a replacement camera. However, I accidentally sent the *** card to them with the defective camera, and without the *** card, I cannot use the replacement camera that they sent me. They refuse to send me back the *** card that is already activated and paid for, rendering the replacement camera that they are sending me useless. I would like a refund instead now since the company is unwilling to send me back my property that I paid for. (The *** card)

    I bought 11 reolink argus 2 pro from ********** in August 2021 and I have been using this product to monitoring my business. ?Recently, outdoor cameras are not connecting the router and I cannot view my business in the night and it seems like the battery life is done and it need to be replaced.?I contacted the reolink customer service and they told me that they cannot help me with the issue and their Army team can help my issue. They escalated my issue to army team which is warranty service teamand I got an email from them. ?First of all, they wanted to know where and when I bought it. I sent my order number to them and waiting for their answer. However, they told me that they cannot help me to buy replacement battery and offered me to buy their other products with discount offer.?I just need replacement battery and don't need other camera.

    I purchased two WiFi Solar Security Cameras and Micro SD cards from Reolink from ********** store on August 12, 2024. One of the two cameras started having a problem holding a charge so I opened up a request to return one and keep the one that worked perfectly. They asked me to close the return request and instead sent me a replacement solar panel. The replacement solar panel did not fix the issue and under **** poilicy, I cannot open a second return request. The camera came with a two year replacement warranty but I cannot get Reolink to honor the warranty. I have asked to have them either ship a new camera system, or send me a return label so I can return it for credit. For the last week, all I get from Reolink is the run-around and double talk. The order numbers are ************** and **************
