    Dear Annke Support,I am reaching out to address a critical issue with a recent order of over 10 NVR units, which have consistently failed to recognize C800 cameras despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue on my end. I have already tried various software updates for both the **** and cameras, yet the problem persists, severely impacting my business operations.This situation has caused significant delays and disruption.     I am writing to urgently and formally lodge a serious complaint against Annke regarding their DVR and camera products. After purchasing their equipment, I have been met with a complete lack of technical support to resolve an ongoing issue for the past six days.When I contact Annke customer service, I am repeatedly told that they cannot assist me and that I need to call after 8:30 PM to chat with technical support in *****. Despite following these instructions, my chat sessions are consistently disconnected as soon as I reach the front of the queue. Furthermore, the customer service hours in ***** are between 8:30 PM and 11 AM. As a consumer who purchased these products in the *************, I should not be required to call ***** at these unreasonable hours to resolve an issue. Annke should provide technical support during regular business hours for their US customers.This situation is entirely unacceptable and highly concerning. I have invested a considerable amount of money in Annkes products, only to be met with an absolute failure in customer support. This feels like a deliberate scam, leaving me with expensive, non-functional equipment and no recourse for assistance.I demand that the Better Business Bureau take immediate and decisive action against Annke for their grossly inadequate customer service and blatant disregard for their customers. This company should be held accountable for their actions and the distress they are causing.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter

    My cameras have been hacked, disabled, scrambled and are being controlled. I have 4 cameras but I only use 2 of them. From this photo you can clearly see that only one is showing. There should be two. Someone has disabled one of them.

    On Aug 04 I order a security camera and a nvr recorder (order number A14147) and paid ******. I finely got around hooking it up about 4 weeks ago. I cannot get it hookup. The problem is the password I put in the nvr recorder says it not the right one. I have called Annke tec support I dont know how many times if you can get in at all because the line is always busy. I been to the website and under support and sent them messages about my problem (57 messages I have sent and have gotten them all save). I have only been able to chat live tec online and twice and each time got disconnect and then when I tried to contact with the online tec all I got is all of our live tecs are busy please send an email. dont want a refund all I want is Ananke tec support to help me solve the problem. But I am getting is the run arounds, or I file a problem and they market solved with out even talking to me. Very upset.

    I called this business and talked to ***************** about there wireless security camera's, he told me they had a system that would work at 100 feet away from the unit, so i purchased the system from the company direct. When I installed the unit it did not work at that distance so I requested to send it back to the company, they said that if i want my money back i would have to pay to ship it back. It cost me ***** *** on 12/08/2022. When they got it back they credited my **************** card back but not the shipping charges. I have been dealing with these people for months now with no resolve, they ignore you and do not reply to e-mails. Please help me. Thank you. ***

    The ANNKE 8MP Network Video Recorder (***) model N48PAW was purchased on 3/8/2021 with 3 years warranty term (order #A7188). The *** was working normally until recently I purchased 2 more ANNKE cameras : 6MP wide angle (model 151DW) and 8MP (model I91BL). While the 8MP one started to work, but showing a very poor quality, the 6MP one didn't work at all (see attached pics). I contacted ANNKE tech support and customer service only to hear that my *** isn't compatible with their own cameras, they further advised that they now have a newer version of the very same model N48PAW and I have to buy it if I want these cameras to work. I don't agree with ANNKE as my *** is covered by 3-years warranty and it should be replaced (since they cannot upgrade it's firmware) under the terms and conditions of their own warranty. Also it's an industry standard that ***s with higher resolution (in my case 8MP) must support cameras of the same or lower resolution (8MP, 6MP, 5MP,etc.). Thanks
