    I want to share my extremely frustrating experience with Annke Vision's CCTV system and their support services. Despite numerous unauthorized and illegal logins to our cameras, which is a severe security breach, Annke Vision's support has been utterly unresponsive.I have tried contacting them via email, phone, and live chat multiple times without any success. I received an automated email suggesting I call their support number, but no one ever picks up or returns my calls, even after leaving several voicemails. Their live chat is just as ineffective, directing me to a bot that promised an agent would assist me shortlyit's been over 24 hours, and still no response.I have included logs in my email showing hundreds of illegal logins from various IP addresses worldwide. This is a matter of privacy and security for my employees, and its incredibly disappointing that a company dealing with security products can be so negligent.To make matters worse, there is no online presence or platform where customers can leave reviews about ******************** Vision. This lack of transparency is alarming and speaks volumes about their customer service standards.I would strongly advise anyone considering Annke Vision products to think twice. Their lack of support and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a company in the security industry. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am now exploring other avenues to address this security breach and get the support we desperately need.
