      I have been a loyal Torrid customer for over 20 years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I placed an order through Torrids website and was able to enter a delivery address that, unbeknownst to me, they were unable to ship to. Rather than being flagged immediately, the order processed and charged to my credit card.Once I realized the issue, I expected the charges to be canceled promptly since the order was never delivered. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, the charges remain on my account. ********************** and Comenity Bankwho issue the Torrid credit cardappear to operate in silos. Neither company will take full accountability, and both redirect me to the other to handle the situation. This lack of communication and accountability has turned a minor issue into an ongoing *********** card is always paid off monthly, and Im now spending considerable time and effort disputing a charge of around $20not for the money, but for the principle. Its clear to me now that neither Torrid nor Comenity values their customers enough to resolve simple issues efficiently; the torrid *** I was just speaking to just transfered me to the other company line when I asked for a supervisor. In my experience, about 30% of my interactions with Torrid result in problems, and they are never resolved on the first try.

      Criminal company, that charges fees for simply closing your account. I paid off my card in full in October, and closed my account. They then decided to charge a $9.00 fee for paying over the phone, which I paid. They turn around and want $2.99 for a paper fee, after being on the phone for awhile, they decide to waive the $2.99. I now receive a bill claiming that I paid the $9.00 fee late, which is outrageous. I hope this company goes bankrupt and reaps what it sows, shame on the owner and CEO for allowing this to go on.

      this company is built on ripping you off. Paid off a credit card with them in May. go and look to see that they have been charging a minimum interest fee on the account, as well as a late fee on those minimum late fee's for the remaining 6 months in the year. When I called them they said "oh well you didnt pay us off correctly."

      Quality control has majorly gone downhill. Bought and wore a bra only a handful of times and hand the strap just snap off. It was embarrassing and it was not cheap. All they could offer me was a $15 reward for a bra i haven't even had for 60 days. Absolutely disappointing especially due to how much I payed for something that should last more than a handful of wears.

      I havent had a credit card threw them in so many yrs. Today i get a notice that my credit took a hit so i go look. Now mind you i paid it off 10 yrs ago! I look and i have a delinquent hit from torrid for a ZERO BALANCE! LIKE THERE IS NO BALANCE DUE and i am still getting a delinquent balance which knocked my credit down 49 points!

      I ordered over a month ago. When I inquired about the delay, I was given some mumbo jumbo about shipping details out of their control. Now when I click "view order" I get a message stating there is no order!! ??

      I have been on hold for over two hours to speak to someone, while on hold I tried to get help through there chat now service, the person said their name was *** but the chat box responses said ****** at the bottom. I returned some pants that I never even opened that just felt so heavy in the package that i knew I wouldn't wear them. I waited over a month and never got the credit applied to my card. So I called and the man told me that I was given a credit for the bra but not he pants because the warehouse said they were used. I never even opened the plastic they were in. so all he could do was give me a $40 reward for a future purchase. I tried to order a shirt today guess what no reward bucks on my account. So that's what i am calling about and cant anyone to answer. the chat person said he can see the note about the $40 reward but he can only give me 20. and asked if that would be ok. I said no it will not be. Then he tells me he never said he seen the note about the other mans $40 reward. and tells me i might want to read the chat history. I told him I did and I screen shot his text at 11:11 that says he does see the note. He got smart after that and said there was nothing he could do for me that i would have to call customer service. which he knew I was already on hold with them because I told me that when we first started the chat. I can say thing is the worse costumer services I have ever received. I will not be shopping with them again. People beware of them giving you rewards and not refunding unopen products

      I received absolutely horrible, awful customer service today at ****************** in ****. The girl was so rude, unempathetic, and mean. She kept saying "our policy" when I was making a return on a brand new item, in original plastic, tags attached. I will never, ever shop Torrid again because of how I was or wasn't treated. If you work in retail, use your skills.

      This is a HORRIBLE COMPANY. I signed up got their credit card, got approved for a 500 credit limit PAID IT OFF and they cut my credit limit to 200 then 100 then closed my account (it was paid in full before in was closed) now they are claiming I own them 530 f#cking dollars They are delusional and I'll never buy from them again. I hope they go out of business. Over priced bull$hit.

      I have been trying to get a replacement cc for over a year. Spoke to 2 supervisors about my account and nothing has been resolved.Why have a cc from a company you cant even use. I was told I can still shop with other cc. I love Torrid but I will be looking elsewhere for my needs. So disappointing, when I look at my credit report shows my account was settled and closed but I have plenty on my account to spend. Everyone I call Im but on hold then get hung up on and dont even call me back with an explanation.
