    Wheeler ******* property manangement has recently hired ********* company to harass RESIDENTS THAT PAY ***************! They have hired this company to stalk residents by taking pictures of their vehicles while parked IN FRONT OF OUR OWN HOMES to tow them away! I have spoke with ********** from Wheeler Steffen property management and she said it is legal for Arrow towing to take pictures of vehicles and tow when parked in front of residents OWN HOME! I called Arrow towing because she informed me they have a rule book in which it indicates they can take pictures of vehicles parked in front of peoples OWN HOMES to tow away and they claimed that their rules are only in contracts between Wheeler ******* and Arrow that are not shared with residents! *************** continue to go up and THEY DO NOTHING TO HELP RESIDENTS! Wheeler ******* should not be in the business of managing properties!
