    I came in to speak to a service advisor about my warranty on my vehicle and a red shirt was standing at the end of the isle and I asked him if any of the service advisors were available and he pointed me to where the advisors were. Then he proceeded to ask me what was wrong with my vehicle and I told him that Im having a suspension problem with my car. And he states its an alignment issue when its not. I know its not cause I had the car checked previously to see if the alignment was off but it was spot on. He then tells me how many miles my car has and I told him that I had 38k miles on it and he stated that Toyota wont warranty my car anymore cause the basic warranty is over and I told him that Im a platinum warranty member and he told me well your warranty doesnt cover alignments and I told him that Im not in for that Im in for a suspension problem and he told me well i cant give you an answer to your cars problem just by hearing you out and I told him that he was the one that asked what was wrong with my car. I wasnt the one that came up to him and started to explain the problem. He came to me and asked me what the problem was and hes not even a service advisor. He then told me all advisors are busy at this time when clearly all of them were there waiting to assist customers. Then he tells me that I have to make an appointment cause they are fully booked. And I told him I just came in for a question about the warranty on my vehicle to see whats covered not a problem you think my car is having. And he said like I said you can make an appointment. We are busy? Like why are you talking to me in the first place if i literally came in to speak to a service advisor. I didnt come in for your opinion on the problem. He was very rude. Very unprofessional. He needs to learn to separate his personal problems that hes having at home with his job. Cause its affecting him. The time that this happened was today @9:30am. Pull up the footage. TOYOTA.

    went through the worst experience with Toyota I bought a **** Corolla and after two months, the radiator went out and my dealer has been no help for **** hope nobody else goes through this experience. I am getting nothing but pushback and I am extremely upset. I wanted to go buy a sports car but I did what I felt was the responsible thing and bought a Toyota. 8 weeks old I watched it come off the truck I even paid for all their ridiculous add ons! And now I cant get any love from the dealer. I am 21 years old I paid cash for this vehicle, and my family owns a business and we are looking for a minimum of three more cars for our service technicians. Not anymore. Escalating this through BBB and the **** Possibly my attorney if all else fails.

    I just recently had my 2021 Tacoma at your service garage for a warranty issue with the AC. It was a complexity diagnosis with the AC, but my truck was at the garage for a total of 6 business days. With the length of time, I was not ok with it but ultimately I wanted the work to be done right. I expressed this to my service advisor. This is a truck that was not cheap for me and this whole process left me a without a vehicle for a week. However, the quality of work is in question. The main clip that holds the AC harness into the back of the compressor was not attached. Leaving the harness resting on metal to have future wear problems with the same harness. This was a small issue that will lead to a bigger issue later when my truck is not covered by the factory warranty
    I am grateful the my brother-in-law is a certified technician. He helped me to find this issue. However, I am upset with the fact that if I did not double-check the work done at Clovis Toyota, I would have assumed the work was done correctly.
    I emailed the service manager listed on their website, submitted a google review and took a Toyota service survey. And still haven’t received any word back. Which seals the deal more with me.

    I purchased a Tacoma truck 3 years ago and with it I purchased tire insurance
    The sale man told me that the insurance covers all tire and all problems and if I ever needed tiers it would be replaced by the insurance 3 years later I go in because my tire has a nail and they tell me the tres are to worn out to be coverd by the insurance?? What the point of the insurance then I asked ? I been paying if for 3 years I asked why are you scamming people? The guy name kieth a ***** looking guy got so rude and mad he asked me to leave and take my truck ?? Wow. What a rude a sad and unprofessional little man ! He needs to leave he’s personal problems at home and not take it out on the customers I will never ever purchase anything again from these crooks

    Tire and wheel protection is designed to cover any road hazard that may occur during the policy time. The program will replace a tire and or will in these instances. However, it's the owner's responsibility to maintain the tires at standard operating trend. If the manufacture decides the trend is too low, they may decline the claim.

    They need to explain that to customers when selling it. I asked the sales man 5 times about it and told me and I quote. It doesn’t matter what happen or where or when any problems with your tires we will replace them free of charge. So when I was talking to the gentleman named kieth he got angry and said remove your car off the lot I’m not going to touch it Go find the sales man who sold you the car 4 years ago ?
