      They took advantage of my elderly parents, selling them a 50k set of solar panels and taking out a loan for them without my parents physically signing or understanding anything they were being sold. They are on a fixed income and could never have afforded to pay them off. Now, we are stuck with solar panels on the roof that have been deactivated and an electric bill that is intended for solar users which cannot be fixed until the solar panels are removed from the roof.

      Empower did not stand behind their product after selling my sister-in-law a 27k system (she is a widow, a school bus driver, mother of two, could barely afford it and is financing it per Empower's suggestion). We attempted to resolve a small issue, only to be strung alone by their rep, then denied any help whatsoever. Instead were told the warranty is void. I have never, before now, left a negative review for any business. Like the negative reviews below, the system was not installed correctly and Empower refused to take responsibility.

      Oh boy! Where do I even start!! Unmatched professionalism from these fellas. Hard workers and they know what they’re doing. They had no problems answering all of my questions. If I had to choose only three words to talk about my experience with this company they’d be: Efficient, Professional, and Friendly. I’ve recommended a few friends that are still deciding, but I loved working with them! Cheers!

      Been trying to find a good Solar company for the longest time and always had problems with other companies whether it be them not showing up on time, not showing up at all, or just being inexperienced or extremely unprofessional. Empower Home is the first Solar Company I’ve found that actually treats their customers with respect and when they say they’re gonna do something they actually do it when they say they’re going to do it. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced I would recommend this company 10 times outta 10 for anyone looking to go Solar, you won’t find a better company out there

      Holy cow! My electricity bills were getting so out of hand when a partner of Empower home knocked on my door and practically saved my life! They were able to help me lower my cost of electricity and gave me multiple ways to do it! Plus I can use more power now! Empower home did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone!!

      This installer was great! I got multiple quotes and theirs was the lowest and they provided the best equipment. They didn’t slack on the installing part either. Their install crew was fast, clean, and respectful!

      Panel rails are not anchor on the plywood they are not anchored on the rail the nails are exposed I already had a leak complain and all they put was glue and they did not install it correctly I was this installed corrected before it rips off my plywood
