      Don't use Empower Solar. We have had nothing but trouble getting our system installed. First, it was installed incorrectly and didn't pass inspection. Then we were told a specific date and time when they would come back to fix the problem, but they never came. They had already scheduled the re-inspection, so it failed a inspection a second time. Then, another crew came to fix the problem, but they got here so late it was almost dark and they couldn't finish. So, they scheduled a crew to come (for the 4th time). We were told it would be the same crew that was here the last time, but it was a different crew. They assured me they knew what to do, but when I asked him and he showed me what they were supposed to do, it would have failed inspection again. I would never recommend this company or use them again.

      It was very easy going through the process. In addition, they guarantee their work and the roof that was currently installed. That was the biggest problem I was having with previous companies, I. E. They did not guarantee my roof following installation. I would highly recommend Empower Do anyone looking to add solar to their home.
