      How nice that during a stressful, sad time that we found Tilda and ****** at Colma Cremation. I walked in the door knowing nothing. Tilda patiently walked me through each step. After our meeting, questions would come to mind and I would email Tilda who always answered in a timely manner. Then the day of our service I met ******. What a wonderful man. He introduced himself as the man who picked up my father. He has a comforting way about him that you feel like you've known him and want to keep knowing him. I can not say enough about Tilda, ****** and the service we received.

      A very easy and straightforward process to set up arrangements through their website and when speaking with staff. A good value. Extremely kind and respectful staff. Entire process was seamless, discrete and compassionate. I like that they didn't complicate things or apply any pressure. They made a very difficult time more comforting and took the worry out of what could be a complicated and expensive process. Thank you Colma Cremation for making my loved one's transition manageable and peaceful for me and my family.

      Colma cremation was very professional and empathetic to our needs. They were timely and did everything they said they would do.       During the difficult time implied in the process of cremating the remains of a loved one, having a professional team is very important. In addition, that the team treats you in such a humane, compassionate and friendly way just means so much more than words can explain. That's what I found/received at Colma Cremation.       Absolutely one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had with any business. I cant say enough good things about the combination of professionalism and compassion that was evident in every interaction I had with the staff and management at Colma Cremation. Also, I greatly appreciated the guidance and communication regarding the process, and the timely status notifications I received. All of this eased any concerns I had about the handling of my sisters remains.Excellent customer ********************** was provided to me, and at a very reasonable price.
