      I purchased two "Lemon Fest Pre-Sale Single Day Unlimited Ride Wristband" for $35 each. Thinking I can save money. Used the first one 6/14/24 that was fine it worked. Tried using the second for the next day 6/15/24 and it said it was already used. The ticket have two different QR codes/numbers. I don't understand how the other ticket could have been used. I only scanned one code on Friday. So I had to purchase another ticket for a higher price $50. I just want a refund.I tried to get in contact with the business phone number but no one answer the phone. I tried getting in contact through ********* no one has reach out.

      I purchased two "Unlimited Ride Wristbands" for the ******* ****************, but found out that one of the rides requires the purchase of five additional credits at one dollar each. So it will cost an additional $5 to ride one of the rides even if you have an "Unlimited Ride Wristband". That is misleading, false advertising, and fraudulent.

      I corresponded with ****************** about this issue and explained that he could ride all but one ride, with ************* ride wristband and that there is one ride that we have an added charge to ride because it has a limited capacity and therefore very slow throughput. I offered to refund ****************** his purchase, but he never responded.

      Malibu Chilli Cook Off September 1-4th, 2023. I have grown up in Malibu attending this carnival every year. We have reached and all time low when tickets prices are literally 5xs the cost of any other city Helms event. ADMISSION 40$ even on Friday where the carnival operates for less hours starting at 4pm. Not to mention rides passes $55, $75, $110!!!!! Other cities are at most $35. OUTRAGEOUS. This is discriminatory.

      For a family of 5 to attend the carnival today I will be spending $500.

      They present this as a fundraiser for Malibu Boys and Girls. Yet the proceeds from the ride tickets do not even go to this non profit. It's truly disheartening and misleading.

      Helm and Sons Amusements is the carnival ride provider for the Malibu Chili Cookoff, but we do not set the pricing for admissions and share in setting the ride ticket pricing. A significant portion of the proceeds from the ride revenue does go to the charity running this event.
