    I ordered an **************** lighter from this company. I received a butane lighter that did not work as stated and is fully a scam. Not only this but the company attempted to bill my card for several further un approved transactions such as a "membership club" and other unwanted ********. My bank automatically declined these charges due to suspicion of fraud but it speak to the company's fraudulent nature to attempt these charges. No One should do business with them as they are fraudulent in almost everyway.

    I ordered from Fireblaze one of their torch lighters and the package arrived sliced opened, retaped and empty. No torch lighter. I emailed them twice, called once and I got no reply back on how to resolve it. I am thinking they're a scam.

    False advertisement. Claim was an rechargeable electric lighter and I received a butain lighter

    On ******************** this company is advertising a flamed torch that is used by the **************** claiming (in the video) that you charge it by an electrical outlet via USB & NOT by filling it with Butane! When I received mine it was NOT rechargeable but a butane torch. When I contacted them they said they are sorry for the misunderstanding, but thats it! Yesterday I saw the add twice & it made me mad because they are deceiving the customer because they dont have a rechargeable torch for sell, they are all butane. When I called them today the lady admitted they dont have rechargeable ********** also said they arent the ones who made the video! Total lie. They are trying to be ******* because the video was ALL about this military grade rechargeable torch, but when you go to their website (I ordered mine through the video) you find the website is silent about it being rechargeable EXCEPT when you read the customer reviews (which they wrote) it states how great it is to be able to recharge it using a USB. This company should be shut down! Thank you BBB for your help.
