    This company is advertising on *******, but when I tried to order the product, I got an error message saying that I didn't provide a phone contact number. I called the help phone number for assistance, because there was no box to provide a phone number. The person at the helpline said that the product was no longer available and instead they were planning to send me a similar product. They were advertising a rechargeable lighter. The substitute was a butane lighter.
