    I ordered a heater from a website and 2 charges went to my credit card. One was declined due to suspected fraud. I hadn't authorized this charge. This was on December 20 and I haven't been able to contact the company through numerous phone calls and emails (5). Both say they have a higher than usual volume of inquiries and will get back to me quickly. However, I am not able to use my credit card until they respond so I need a response right away. I also indicated in my phone messages and emails that I wanted to cancel the order and a few days after I sent the emails and phone calls I received notification that the order had been shipped. I haven't yet received anything. They are obviously not reading my emails or listening to phone messages. They also have numerous business names and email addresses: Modern Life Trend, Top Heat, *********************, and ************************. I think there may be others. I get the same phone messages when I call different phone numbers at these different links. My bank is advising me not to use my credit card until I get confirmation from the company that they won't be adding other charges like subscriptions, which they think that extra charge may be. I need to contact the company so I can reactivate my credit card. I'm asking for your help.

    My complaint is against VITA-HEAT and/or TOPHEAT. I ordered (and paid for), two weeks ago, three (3) portable heaters from VITA-HEAT. The three heaters NEVER arrived! I even paid for postage and handling. Got ZILCH. I have emailed and phoned the seemingly bogus company many times. I get no response. The company's address is as follows: TOP HEAT, **************************************. Their email address is ******************************** Their phone number is **************. I cannot get any response! Maybe BBB can? I am so disgusted; it's been nearly three weeks since I ordered the three heaters. Either they should ship them or return my money to me IMMEDIATELY.
