    I would give this company zero stars if I could. They are extremely unresponsive to emails and messages. My husband ordered one of their heaters for me on 12/22/24. They said when products ship you will get an email with tracking info. We received an e-mail with tracking information on 12/27/24 which currently shows "Status not Available". It is now 1/7/25 - 16 days after my husband placed the order and we haven't received anything. I tried calling and I got a voicemail saying their operators are busy and they will call us back in the order the call was received - that was two days ago. I sent 3 emails - none of which were responded to - even though they say they will respond within 24 hours. It's been a week since we first reached out! They say shipments are slow due to Covid - I'd like to know where? All of our other shipments are coming in just fine and tracking info is updated regularly. If they can't return messages or phone calls because they are THAT far behind, perhaps they should pull "*****" in their marketing department to help out - she floods our inbox with their stuff every single day. I highly recommend people steer clear of this company. I've now instructed my husband to reach out to our credit card company and dispute the charges.
