14 October ** XXXX pm. Friday, Helper ** (***)
The service **** *** did not understand why I called Sercice quick.
I told him that they called me 5 minutes before they closed, the night before (on Thursday) appt is on Friday
He still did not understand what I was talking aboiut
He called me, asking what he could do.
He hung up on me.
I was explaining about the fact that they called me at an odd time. I was in my car and blue tooth did not pic up call
He kept saying " I don't know, I don't know"
He asked me why I was raising my voice. I told him that he does not understand my question about their call
When I called the number back, it was a not working number
I called Service Quick at 458 and got a message they were closed d/t technical difficulties
I said that I was trying to find out why they called and wanted to call them back
*** said that " I am your **** and you have no need to call Service Quick"
In my text to *** he did not understand what I was telling him, and then decided to call me instead
and then hung up on me, d/t me being frustrated that he could not understand my point in any way.
He did not tell me that he was cancelling my referral to Service Quick today.
This was out of poor integrity and retaliation. I was not informed that he would be doing this.
He was rude to me, and did not understand my side what so ever. He did not understand why I called Service Quick
The Samsung Person told me that this person is from Service Quick, and not from Samsung
*** answered from Samsung side of the message, and was not from Samsung himself.
He is a Service Quick Rep.
I was not told by *** that he was going to cancel my appointment.
He took it upon himself to rudely cancel my order, as a way of showing his power.
Him text kept letting me know that he did not want to understand what I was explicitly saying.
I had to keep repeating myself, why I was calling Service Quick at all.
He should be fired for treating customers like this.
I can also call the BBB and lService Quick Inc.

I agree with all the negative reviews. I would give it negative stars if that was a choice. I scheduled an appointment 10/ 19/22 for dishwasher repairs through the Samsung website for an appliance that I bought new. It's only a couple years old and already not working. Samsung assigned it to Service quick. Service quick sent me two reminder emails for appointment today 10/28. No tech showed up, no tech called. I called to find out what the status of tech and was told someone already came out two days ago and they charged me for it. But the part was not available so they can't repair. I had to explain to her that no one showed up two days ago so it's impossible for them to know what part they need. I also mentioned there should be no charge for a service call that never happened. She claimed I could call a different number and shared number with me. The number took me to a medical billing center, not Samsung. After waiting around all day to have my dishwasher repaired, I am also calling various numbers in hopes to reach someone that has a clue as to what is going on. No help after several calls. In fact, the last person I spoke with claimed the dishwasher can't be repaired because it's too old (it's only 3 years old) . If it can't be repaired, then why did they set up a repair appointment to start with because they had my washer serial number and model. And the microwave that dies after 6 months is a whole different story. Samsung appliances are a big waste of money and I am totally dissatisfied. Dissatisfied with the appliances and the customer **********************. I plan to let everyone I know to stay away from all Samsung products. I've had three appliances die in less than three years.Service Quick Inc.

Dear valued customer,
Please be advised that you are currently scheduled for 11/09/2022. We apologize for he delay and confusion. Samsung sets up a customer with a tentative date and would have to be confirmed with the call center prior to proceeding. Our records also indicate that Samsung had set you up with a different service center in the middle of us attempting to schedule you. Samsung then assigned your account back to us and have now confirmed the apt for 11/09/2022. We apologize for this confusion and will do all we can to have your unit repaired and completed successfully.
Thank you,

Service Quick is a dishonest fraudulent company. Their call center employees are rude, they hang up on you, they read from scripted material and cannot help when requesting invoice information diagnosis, faulty part information, and labor costs involved to replace faulty part(s)that should have been given to me upon $140 payment that they recieved when their technician came out to diagnose my 6 year old refrigerator. August 2, 2022 a service Quick tech was sent to my home to diagnose my refrigerator. He came into my home and asked what was going on with the unit. I proceeded to tell him it wasn't cooling and I didn't hear the compressor running. He then said sounds like the inverter compressor. I said okay that's a covered component. He said no it's only 5 year warranty. I pulled out my owners manual which stated a 10 year warranty. He said well that's not true it's 5 years. He said would you replace it if it's not covered I asked how much and he said $900. I said no. He said what do you want to do then? I said are you going to come into my home have the conversation we just had and charge me $140? He said yea! I said then pull out that fridge and look at it and give it a proper diagnosis and tell me what parts are faulty and labor involved to repair. Because at this point he hadn't even touched or inspected the unit. Not sure what he did as far as inspection other then look at the back of the unit and then again say inverter compressor seal system. I asked for an invoice of faulty parts, and labor charges. He said after he ran my payment I would recieve invoice thru a link via text message. Well the text message came in after he left and there was no invoice only a receipt for the payment. Since then I have called numerous times to both Service Quick and Samsung customer ********************** requesting the diagnosis information. They refuse to give it to me only sending me the payment receipt. No info on parts needed to repair or diagnosis info. I paid $140 and still no diagnosisService Quick Inc.

Hello Allison,
After thoroughly researching your work order. It is confirmed that you are having a seal system issue which requires for a few parts to be replaced. Our records indicate and show that the technician did perform an inspection on the unit and confirmed the problem. Please reach out to the call center if you have any further question. We have also emailed you a copy of your work order.
Thank you,

******** ****** is one of the biggest fraud technician that exist. He destroyed our fridge and we had to buy a brand new one. He is a scam artist. First service quick sent him to resolve our ice bucket issue. He came and said that we have issue with our cooling. He said if we pay him seperately outside of samsung he will fix it for cheap for **. We paid him 250 to fix the cooling issue. Few months later, we noticed a water leakage from our refrigerator. We called samsung, and service quick sent him again. This time he came and he tried to fix the issue by gluing parts together. It did not resolve anything and our fridge was still broken. This time upon my request, service quick sent a different technician who came and said that the leakage was irreparable and we should just get a refund from samsung. This technician was nice but he broke one of the shelf and he did something which made the water filter not work anymore. This was the worst experience of our lives. ******** ****** needs to be fired ASAP. He is scam and he is a fraud.Service Quick Inc.

Service Quick has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Sadly, they used to be good as we had utilized their services in the past. However, they no longer have that same attitude towards helping their customers. We called them about 6 time the other day which 5 ended up being an abrupt hang up, put on hold and never coming back, or disconnected. On the last call we final got a service ticket number but no appoint went was sent up as the person hung up before we could set up the appointment. The Service Quick text us and said we needed to pay $140 just to have a technician come out, with about a total of $400 to fix a known faulty ice maker in a Samsung refrigerator. I say know problem as this was our third ice maker to stop working on the less than 2 year old refrigerator. As well as the Service Quick technician that came to our house the previous 2 times told us the refrigerator is great but Samsung is aware of the faulty ice maker. The first time was a software update, mind you this is not a smart refrigerator and in no way connected to the internet to receive a software update. After that it was a few months and I broke again. This time the technician replaced the old ice maker with a new one. That lasted a few months and now is not working again. Samsung / Service Quick used to provide good customer service but recently their employees are rude and give the impression that they could care less and can inconvenience their customers without any repercussions. Not sure if this complaint will do any good. I have left similar complaints on both the Samsung and Service Quick websites and Voicemails.Service Quick Inc.
