I have a Samsung TV purchased from ******. Service Quick CSP is the company with the exclusive relationship to schedule repairs. After dealing with Samsung's tech support on Tuesday June 24th, they said that I'd get a phone call within 24/48hrs. Never happened. Still waiting for a call back while I have a busted TV. I had them out to service my brand new dryer three times already. Have not been able to resolve the issue, damaged my dryer more, and are now no showing for appointments. Samsung won't warranty replace this until they do 2 part replacements. Now they are not showing up for appointments.Initial Complaint

This complaint is against Service Quick ********. I was paired to work with this company by Samsung to repair my fridge. The company (Service Quick) charged me $140 just as a fee to come out and diagnose the problem. After doing so an appointment was scheduled for them to come out and fix the fridge. Upon coming a second time to my house, they said a different part had to be ordered, they couldn't fix the fridge and a third appointment had to be scheduled. The third appointment took place on 6/17. Two technicians worked on the fridge and an hour later informed us that they had to order a different part and come back again. At this point it has been 2+ weeks of them coming out to fix our problem and 3+ weeks of us not having a working fridge. I have called the company many times to expedite this and asked to speak to a supervisor that could help me. Every time I've been told that they cannot connect me to a supervisor and that someone will give me a call back within a day. I never received a call back from a supervisor, I called back and the representatives are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They keep repeating that a supervisor will reach out to me which never happens. I am extremely disappointed with this company and Samsung for working with a company like this. My Samsung freezer is not working and is covered under warranty. Samsung sent this issue to Service Quick to repair the freezer. No one will contact me or return my phone call. No one else can service this freezer except this authorized service center.Initial Complaint

About 1 month ago, Samsung referred us to Service Quick to fix our fridge that wasn't getting cold enough, especially on the freezer part. They came in the house 3 times over the course of this month, finally said it was fixed. The fridge and freezer worked for one single day, then stopped working again. We called them, they said they would come on the next week but never showed up. We called them again, and they said we needed to submit a new ticket for "a new service". We explained it was the same service, since it wasn't completed. They said they could only come again in 2 weeks. We're a family with 2 small kids, we explained to them, but they didn't really do anything about it. I am asking them to come back and finish the job as soon as possible, especially because it is under warranty and we did pay their fee already. If they're unable to fix it, then they have to contact Samsung to replace our fridge with a new one. Whichever it is, it has to be done rather sooner than later, we have been without this fridge for way too long, it is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I purchased a Samsung 65" TV w/WiFi from ****** on 12-4-2024. Soon after the TV would loose WiFi connection and progressively got worse, getting no connection at all. I called Samsung for warranty service, they sent out Service Quick technician who told me my internet signal was weak. Since then I got a new ************** from my internet service provider, purchased a router extender and a mesh router, an additional $150, that was suggested by Service Quick to prove that it is the TV rather than the WiFi. Service Quick came out twice, once to tell us to get the router extender, the second time to tell us to get the mesh router. Service Quick has put in their notes that my WiFi is the problem even after I have proved otherwise by complying to their request to buy the extender and mesh router. I spoke to Samsung about this and they keep putting out a service ticket to Service Quick which cancels the ticket stating our WiFi is the problem. I have a txt message from the Service Quick technician stating that the WiFi receiver and main board will need to be replaced now that we have done their recommendations and to call Samsung for warranty service for him to come out and fix it. Service quick keeps canceling the service call. So I am stuck in this loop that Samsung and Service Quick do not want to honor the warranty on the TV. On 3/15/25 I contacted Service Quick regarding an issue with my Samsung dishwasher as they are listed as an authorized Samsung service provider. Initially, they wanted to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out but through some back and forth they were able to come on 3/27/25. When the technicians arrived, they were quick to diagnose the problem as a failed motor and let me know that this is a common problem with Samsung dishwashers. They let me know that they would order the part and would reach out once it arrived but if I decided to move away from this type of appliance, they would cancel the follow up. I told them the repair would be fine. On 4/1/25, the technician came to fix the motor. He began by watching how to videos which I found odd, but was able to complete the motor replacement. We verified the unit was running and he left. Later that evening, while loading the dishwasher, it became obvious that it was not reinstalled correctly. The dishwasher was crooked and wedged against the adjacent cabinet to the point the door could not open/close without pulling it to the other side. I immediately called service quick to inform them and they told me that their technicians are expected to repair the appliance and not reinstall them. I told them this is unacceptable as the dishwasher was installed correctly before they touched it and would need to be corrected. They agreed to come out on 4/5 and no showed. I called again and they set another appointment on 4/7 which they did show for. The technician tried again on this appointment and was unable to correct. Now, due to the dishwasher being improperly reinstalled there is damage to both the adjacent cabinet and baseboards. I called Service Quick over the next few days to get a technician back out. They informed me on 4/24 that I would have to notify their *** team with answers to questions, pictures and a description of what happened and I would hear a response within 48hrs. The company was paid to repair my TV. They came and replaced a part and said it was fixed, but it was not. I called and asked for my part back and a refund. They sent two other techs out who also confirmed the issue was still present and the could not fix the issue. I called again for my part back and a refund and was told I would receive a call back. It has been three weeks of me calling and being told I would receive a call back. This company scammed me and should lose their distinction as a Samsung authorized repair company.Initial Complaint

This company should not be allowed to do business. They have the worst customer ********************** and do not stand behind their work!! I contacted Samsung to get my top load washer recall repaired and they sent this company to do the repair. I trusted the guys they walked in and in 10 minutes finished at work and told me that everything was done. After they left, I went to throw in a load to wash and my machine was not working properly. It filled with water, but would not spin and would not drain the water started getting the error message SC. I called Samsung again and they told me that somebody had to come look at the machine. I wasnt sure what was wrong with it and when they came out ( a different company that Samsung Sent) they discovered that all of these cables had been broken, and the technician explained to me that this happens when the machine is forcefully opened, which tookplace during the recall repair. I called service quick five times to try to explain to them what had happened and every single person I spoke to was extremely rude but not let me finish my sentences and kept telling me I needed another ticket from Samsung. When I finally obtain a different ticket, I called them calmly a time to please request for them to come fix what they have done, even though they kept ignoring my ********** one was able to give me a resolution. They provided an email where they told me to send details about what had happened and I haveyet to hear back now I have a machine that is broken but they repair that will cost me over $400 all for trusting this company to fix my recall! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I am now down a washing machine and have loads of laundry for the past three weeks. They have not been done. Extreme inconvenience.Initial Complaint

I have a defective Samsung Television. Service Quick scheduled a repair on Thursday May 1st. The service Technician whose Phone number is ************ canceled the appointment without any notice. I called Service quick back and rescheduled the appointment for Friday Morning between 9am to 12Pm. I called the service quick office in ********* Friday morning to confirm the appointment. They said he would be here at my resident between 10 am to 12 Noon as he was coming from ************. I then received a call from the Tech whose number is the same as the other tech.. This technician then told me he wouldn't be out now until between 5PM and 7PM. I cannot be here then since I have church. So now after your company has cancelled me twice I want another representative to come out today as told to me earlier. I am the CEO of a company and this service is an absolute a joke and Samsung should fire your company.
