    I have emailed their customer support for the original company, LiftNDrive I placed the order through...., and received mail undeliverable/host or domain not found. I have called the phone number listed for customer support and it's discontinued, and the tracking given per the paypal site for our order placed this week shows delivery complete 2 months prior to ordering the product and to not to our destination.....seems like this is a scam company, as there is no way to get a hold of them. I have requested a refund through Paypal....the source payment was made from and have not received a refund. I have found that they also operate under the following emails/company names:***********************'*************************'************************'MayflowerPart.com ************

    You never purchase machines from Mayflower Auto Equipments Inc. You purchase machines from a fraud/scam website. 

    We only have one official website   **********************************************; Please make sure you place an order through our official website.

    All other websites are fraud/scam websites.

    I submitted an order for a tire changer on 10/11/22 at approximately 9AM PST. Mayflower sent an email to verify my address and delivery details (prior to shipping) at 3:02AM PST. At 3:52AM PST on 10/12/22, I responded with a request for cancellation. At 5:29AM PST, I received an email stating the order cannot be cancelled without paying a $790 fee for shipping (yet I requested the cancellation before it was shipped). I immediately responded to again stop the shipping as the item had yet to depart, to which I received no response. Between 5:27AM and 12:00PM PST, I have called and emailed four times each as well as texted the number and received no response. I called and emailed their 3PL service as well and am awaiting contact back. I reviewed the policies listed on their website and there is no cancellation policy listed, only a return policy, which does not apply to this situation where the item was cancelled before departing the warehouse. The shipping policy further states that the item will be shipped between 1 and 3 business days and I cancelled before 1 business day. I have advised the company that I will dispute the charge if I do not hear back by EOD today.

    We already issued full refund for this order. 

    Once customer pay for the machinces and we will processe order right away, the customer was requesting to cancel the order without any cause. 

    We don't accept any fraud behavior customers.
