    We ordered a tire machine and balancer. Everything went well. The product is excellent. The shipping was explained in detail and went very smoothly. Mayflower provides excellent customer service and communication.

    I purchased the balancer 800 model from the *************************** website. From the start they answered all my initial questions and followed up after my purchase too.I received tracking updates by email and when I had questions every email was replied to within a hour or 2 . They pass the savings on to you if you use their website. You can expect great service if you decide to go with Mayflower. I highly recommend them . Great customer service deserves feedback and ****************** tools has a repeat customer .

    ************ terrible customer service. Bought tire machine and balancer from them only received balancer. They wouldn't help locate the tire machine and after the shipping company lost it the 3rd time I gave up. They tried to force me into giving them a better review. They told me if I wanted them to keep "helping" I'd have to change my review from 1 star to atleast 4.

    Don't use them. They do not communicate and can't even leave a message on their posted number ****. The hoops I was being put through to just buy a lift was sketchy.
