    I like American Auto Club the staff is very courteous and makes sure that you know everything there is to know about your plan and explained everything I needed to know I would definitely recommend American Auto Club to anyone THANKS for all your help

    American Auto Club contacted my Mother and convinced her to purchase an extended warranty. My Father passed away in early January 2024 (3 months ago) so I've been helping my Mom with all of her financial transactions. She was reluctant to purchase the warranty and mentioned that she felt a little pressured. When I discussed the transaction further with her and explained how my Father had structured her financial savings to cover unexpected expenses, including automobile expenses and even the purchase of a new car, she agreed to cancel the warranty. When she called customer service they again pressured her to retain the coverage and even mentioned how "her son was not looking out for her best interest". After two telephone conversations she eventually convinced them to cancel her coverage within the 30-day window. When I called a few weeks later to see when her bank account would be credited, customer service said it would take 21 days from the day of cancellation. Once I learned this and received a confirmation number for the cancellation I asked if he/******* was the person who spoke to my Mom. He said that he likely did speak to her at some point. I told him what I've been doing to help my Mom since my Dad passed and did not appreciate him telling her that I was not looking out for her best interest. He went on to tell me that my advice to my Mom was "absurd". When I asked to speak to his supervisor ******* told me that he was the office manager and I'd have to be ok with that. I do not recommend this company to anyone interested in working with a credible organization.

    I am very pleased with the way they responded to my needs. They answered my questions and made sure I understood what they were offering me. There priority is to make sure the customer is satisfied and I recommend them highly!

    I have talked tto several Extended Car Warranty places. But American is the way to go. ****************** was very informative & was able to answer all questions that I had. So far Loving my decision. Thanks ******* ??

    **** was very pleasant and professional on the phone. The policy I have had has more than paid for itself with the repairs it has covered over the years!! I would absolutely recommend Omega/ American Auto Club to anyone!
