  I was worried about my warranty because I purchased my ****** from someone who had the warranty ,and I didnt know how it worked if I needed a repair. I spoke to ********************* who explained in depth about how the warranty works he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he explained it in a way I could understand. Thank you **************** truly appreciate your help.

  When calling a company the most important part of it is speaking to a representative and the person **** was very helpful and very kind person to talk to I wish all representatives were like ****..excellent!!

  I have been Owner and operator of *********** for over 14 years. Typically when we deal with warranty companies its a very painful and tedious process. But I cannot say this about American auto club. This company was quick to respond by understanding the value of time. Very professional and courteous, and had my customers claim paid before I even finished the invoice. This company I highly recommend with an easy five star rating. I wish all auto warranty centers were this professional. Beyond measure I was extremely surprised. ***** Shop

  Wonderful experience. My vehicle would not start thought it was the battery . I called American auto club roadside and they sent a technician right out . Once I got to the mechanic the process and claim had already been filed and my car was fixed within 1 day . They paid for my new starter and labor and even covered my deductible. I cant explain my gratitude for this company and their coverage . The easiest experience Ive ever had dealing with a repair. 5 stars

  I am so thankful I got platinum coverage on my ******** from American Auto Club. I had a $2000 repair with my electrical about 6 months after I purchased the coverage and they paid the claim with my ******** dealership with no issues and I have a 0 deductible so I didnt have to pay a *****. I hear of so many bad warranty companies out there not paying claims or lying to people and I can say American Auto was honest and upfront and gave me senior discounts to get my payments very affordable for me. They have great customer service and the sales guy was very honest and upfront when telling me about the warranty and what it would not cover and the waiting period before I could use it. Now my son and my grandaughter have a policy with them as well and we are all happy with the service.

  It's tough to trust companies these days, but American Auto Club does not fall into that category. I have seen time and time again that they have gone above and beyond in an effort to make things happen. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality auto warranty at a competitive price. J M C

  Beware! This company scammed by elderly mother with a policy she did not need. Tried to cancel with her on the phone and informed them she already had a policy and did not required another. They agreed to cancel and refund. But then 2 hours later they called her back and convinced her to uncancel the policy when I was not around. That is elderly abuse!!

  A response to a review on this page said that y'all don't send anything unless it was asked for yet here I have a piece of mail in my hand from this company in my name to my address that I didn't ask for with a vehicle that I don't even have listed on here?

  Hello Sir, We apologize if you got a mailer at your address with the wrong information. We use computers in our mailing department that handle all of this and sometimes information can get crossed up but once again we apologize. You could have easily just called us and we could have you removed from the mailing list like I am doing now, but to leave a bad review when you have never spoken to anyone from our outfit or done business with us makes no sense at all and seems at best an unfair assessment of our business practices and customer service which we pride ourselves on. You have been removed from our mailing list, sorry for the inconvenience.

  Pride yourself on customer service and just now getting a response a month later?
  There is no reason why I should have received a mailer let alone a 2nd one just few days ago.
  Plus you contradicted what you told the other user about "we don't send out mailers unless asked" to now saying it's a system glitch and fault?
  Your company has bad reviews on here and sparse but negitive reviews elsewhere online. Screams scam.
  Good luck though.
