    on 3/9/2022 I ordered a new trailer with pacific trailer and to get it done I pay in full. to be done in six weeks. and they failed to get it done on time had to wait one more week
    1) the invoice states. trailer is custom to fit boat. no boat required in House pattern on file.
    2) I pick up the Trailer on April 30th and the right-side guide on the trailer came off on hwy 5. lucky nothing bad happens. the ladder was damaged and was send to me.
    3) I had to replace the ladder, and the screws. repair the wood and carpet.
    4) when i was working on the ladder I notice a wire hanging at front of frame .and i founded the wire harness was crush in between two metals.
    5) send it the pictures and a wire harness were send and they send it the wrong type. had to wait two weeks to get the correct one and replaced. another job involved a lot of work.
    6) after all these problems were done. I finally put the boat on the new trailer. on august 4th and I found that the boat did not fit correctly on the trailer. I contacted **** the guy in charge of the boat sales and warranty repairs.
    a) the boat was nose down and water when I washed the boat was going into the cabin.
    b) the boat rear did not had contact with the rear bunks and the bunks were 2 inches low.
    7) I did send all the pictures and they agree to recheck the pattern and to send me the correct brackets or risers to correct the problem.
    8) Mr **** was no help and I ask for his boss or someone else to help me. they told me the plant manager will contact me and will take care the problem
    in AUG 25th i was contacted by Mr. **** and he promise to take care the problem in a week. i did send all the information and explained the problem and after a week went by, I texted him on wed aug 31th and ask him for any update and no response, I call the main number and left a message with ****** and no response.
    I did Email the owners and no response.
    9) they say they will take care the trailer under warranty and they don't
