    I've had NOTHING but frustration with Pacific boat trailer. More than a month ago I ordered a bunk kit. Weeks past with no communication. I've called, spoken to countless employees and been promised shipping dates that came and went. When I finally received my order I was pleased with the quality but disappointed it was shipped with incorrect parts! I called back and was promised a resolution. That was weeks ago. More calls, more delays, more lies. More failed return calls, more waiting on hold than being hung up on. This is CRAZY. I've never ever had this kind of failure to communicate. PLEASE make this right!
