    I utilized this company for a large company event ordering about 126 or more gift cards.
    In approximately July of 2021, we reduced this number to 86 cards needed and had already paid the company the full amount. Due to our time frame PrePaid-USA was great about adjusting the order to the number needed and then assured us they would refund us the remainder of the amount.
    This was a 5 digit amount, not a small sum of money.
    Here we are in July 2022. 12 months from our initial order and about 11 months since we have been owed a refund by this company.
    We have received countless excuses that they have mailed the check but, are not able to mail a check with tracking information. They claim they have mailed 3 checks over the last month but, never with tracking or any details about the envelope, package, ect.
    We are now being told that they can magically send with FedEx tracking in a method we suggested 6 months ago (bank mails company a check and they mail it to us with tracking.)
    Still have yet to see this check ....
    We will be taking out business elsewhere from here on out. Users.. Beware.
