    I was told by the manager of Countrywood Estates to cut the **** in the back down to 5 ft. It's 5 ft, with one end below 5 ft. They are now threatening me with writing me up if the **** is not level all the way across and blocked off on the sides. I was told by the on site manager, this is why you need to hire a professional gardener. Now the park wants you to pay for a professional gardener. That is not in the contract. The house is being painted. The man doing the painting has finished part. I was told that would not do. I told them he's not finished painting. They don't care. I could get written up and added cost to my rent. I am on a limited income, Social Security. This will take time. If it's not finished on their time schedule, they will add the cost to the rent. To me and others it's clear they want to drive up the rent and force people out. I even asked the upper manager, if you keep adding on cost and the people cannot pay the rent what will you do. She told me, it goes to their lawyers. You could lose your home by moving in here.
