      This business offers extremely fair prices. Many businesses have contacted me in an attempt to win my business, and this one was reasonable and a pleasure to deal with. I'm fortunate to know a woman by the name of Stevie who is really nice, informed, and knowledgeable on whatever I need to know. Every time I receive an email or text from someone in this industry and I'm unsure, I just email or text her and ask, "Do I need this?" and she responds right away. She goes above and beyond to help me. She gives me the impression that I am consulting with her own personal assistant since I am unsure of which calls and emails I actually need to make.

      PAID A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND MY UCR REGISTRATION WAS NEVER UPDATED. NO NUMBER TO CALL, SO SAD THAT PEOPLE CAN DO THIS TO HARD WORKING PEOPLE.

      As a company owner, I have issues both now and in the past regarding my DOT registration, namely regarding how to submit accurately and ensure that my paperwork were received by a reputable corporation. I spoke verbally with a highly professional woman named Kaye each time I needed guidance. Kaye was really helpful and professional in her responses to all of my queries and worries. She also spoke with me on a business level that I could comprehend, reassuring me that everything was final and finished. Kaye has my sincere gratitude for her professionalism, and I will not hesitate to get in touch with her for any future problems or DOT inquiries. Many thanks!

      Absolute scam. I have been trying for years to stop these mailings. We don't even have a truck on the road. 0 stars! I've called, wrote letters, filled out on-line forms over the years to no avail. Having fun listening to the music on hold while I went from position 33 to 27 with a few recordings prompting me to fill the form out on line. I have a ton of patience and eager to see how this ends, lol. My guess, I'll get disconnected.

      After being told numerous times to stop with their bs letter in the mail,emails and phone calls they continue to contact about renewing my DOT number.NOT interested in paying for what I can do for FREE!!next step is legal action!

      SCAMMERS! This is not a real company. They take your money and run. Do yourself a favor and report them here to BBB as a review or complaint. Companies like this need to stop existing with their services terminated ASAP. I am harassed weekly via mail and phone call even when I've been doing the Do Not Call List each month.

      Jeffery was really beneficial to our business. He not only assisted me with updating my new DOT number, but he also brought us up to speed on information that we were unaware of. He informed me as well as assisted us in making sure we complied:) He deserves praise for providing excellent customer service. More representatives like Him are needed.

      I was required to leave at least 1 star otherwise it would've been a minus. We received a very misleading letter in the mail regarding our biennial update requirement and followed the link which makes you think you're filling out an MCS150 form at the fmcsa but you're actually on a site ran by this company , not the fmcsa. To me it's as close to be to being a scam that a company can be and still be considered legal. My advice is to have absolutely nothing to do with a company that is as misleading as they are.

      I recently purchased my first truck, which needs a DOT number, and I was prepared for it to be another difficult experience, as is the case with anything with these rigs. But it did not need to be!

      Our assistance has come from Jeffery, and it has been easy. Fantastic source of help for my business.
