      I was very happy with the service I received from ***** and Bay Equity. I am a CPA and a finance and real estate professional. So I appreciate expertise when I see it.       I had an incredibly positive experience with ****** at Bay Equity. A year ago, I made seven offers on properties that never went through. ****** was always encouraging and never made me feel bad; I felt like I had a team of support. She was extremely responsive, kind, positive, always asked what my goals were for the loan (if I wanted to target a specific monthly payment or keep more cash on hand), and brought creative solutions time and time again to my offers (like the interest rate buy down). I asked a lot of questions and she never made me feel silly or dumb - was patient and took her time to answer everything. I am happy to report that now, a year later, I have successfully bought a house and ****** helped me make it happen! We even had to adjust my offer based on the appraisal, and it was no problem. I felt extremely thankful to work with ****** and had such a good experience. Recommend 100%! Thank you for such amazing support.
