      4/19/25 they charged us $200 dollars to become members and protect our home but have not held up their end of the contract to give us info until today when it is supposed to expire and that is only because I reached out.

      My partner received a letter in the mail from Integrity Admin Group that appeared official and urgent, resembling a notice related to our mortgage coverage. Out of concern, she called the number listed to clarify the matter.From the moment she got on the phone, the representative was aggressive and dismissive. They told her that she could not hang up and that she must make a decision immediately. She explained that she could not proceed without consulting me, as we make all financial decisions together. The representative told her she didnt have that option and continued pushing her to commit to something on the ******* that point, she put the caller on hold and reached out to me. While she was doing that, I looked up Integrity Admin Group and found that this kind of high-pressure sales tactic is common for themand has been flagged by others online. I was especially disturbed to learn that this company has even faced enforcement action from the Connecticut Attorney General for deceptive practices.We did not move forward with anything, but I want to file this complaint because I believe this behavior is unethical and deceptive. No reputable business should ever tell someone theyre not allowed to hang up, or that they must make a financial decision without time to think or consult someone else. Thats not how trust is builtit's how its broken.

      Thank you for the response from Integrity Admin Group. However, I am not satisfied with their reply.
      Their message states that they do not sell or market service contracts, but that doesnt address the core of my complaint. The concern I raised was about the aggressive, inappropriate sales tactics used by individuals who said they were calling on behalf of Integrity Admin Group.
      Here is what happened:
      My partner **** called after receiving a letter that appeared to be from a company called ***********. When she spoke to a representative named *****, she asked who they actually worked for. **** was then transferred to someone named *****, who said they were with Integrity Admin Group. That was when the pressure beganshe was told that she could not hang up and that she must make a decision right away. **** said clearly that she needed to speak with me before moving forward, and the representative dismissed that, continuing to push for an immediate answer.
      Whether or not these individuals are directly employed by Integrity Admin Group, they are representing the companys contracts. That makes Integrity Admin Group responsible for the conduct of those acting in their name. To brush this off by saying "we don't sell the contracts" is not only insufficientit ignores the experience we had entirely.
      A company that claims to be A-rated should take ownership of its affiliates and ensure that anyone representing it does so with integrity. That did not happen here.
      Im requesting that this complaint remain on file and be made available publicly.

      I also hope the BBB will take a closer look at whether this companys accreditation aligns with the ethical standards the BBB stands for.

      The Integrity Admin Group DOES NOT sell or market service contracts. We work with third-party companies that offer our plans, and while those entities operate independently, we do expect them to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner. We administer the claims when you or your shop files them.

      That said, we understand your frustration with the interaction. If individuals are referencing our company while using aggressive or inappropriate sales tactics, that is unacceptable. We will address this matter with the appropriate parties and reinforce our ethical conduct standards, but again, Integrity Admin Group DOES NOT sell or market service contracts.

      While we dont control how every third-party representative behaves, we take our reputation seriously. We will act where necessary to ensure the companies offering our plans reflect the values we expect.

      We have noted your request to keep this complaint on file and understand your desire for transparency. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding a review of our accreditation standards, and we respect the role of the BBB in maintaining public trust.

      This business is using fraudulent scam calling practices including spoofing phone numbers, and misrepresenting T-mobile Verified caller ID to subvert scam likely flagging and fishing for auto warranty sales. They have apparently hired a third party agency who calls my business line every day, at least once per day for the past two months. I have explained to the callers they are calling a business line and I do not have the freedom to simply not answer especially seeing as they pretend to be calling from local phone numbers. I have blocked dozens of numbers from this group yet they continue to harass me daily. Today, I played along with the **** in an effort to find out what company is driving the harassment. The initial caller appeared to be a screener from the *********** who then sent me to an Integrity Admin Group agent who qouted a high rate and then passed me on to an Integrity Admin Group "manager" who may be able to approve a "special" discount just for me. I would never do business with any company that has the lack of integrity to employ such harrassing tactics to attract customers. I see from other complaints that Integrity Admin Group is very aware of the frustration this marketing tactic causes individuals yet they continue to **** innocence and shift blame. Remove me from your marketing scam immediately.

      I entered into a contract with the business which provides home warranty. I have had issues with contacting the business for questions since the beginning, asked to cancel my service back in July of 2024, and at this point I cannot contact the business at all. The listed phone number does not work and I tried emailing but I have not gotten a reply yet. I have paid approximately 12 payments at approximately ****** a month. I just would like to cancel the service and it had been extremely frustrating trying to contact them and stop losing money for something I no longer want. Please, please, help. I don't know how to retify this issue.

      THESE SCAMMERS HAVE NOT STOPPED HARASSING US WITH THEIR JUNK MAIL FOR WEEKS NOW! WE OPENED A HOME EQUITY LOAN WITH OUR BANK AND WE IMMEDIATELY STARTED BEING HOUNDED WITH LETTERS FROM THESE PEOPLE ABOUT A HOME WARRANTY. I CONTACTED MY BANK RIGHT AWAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT GIVE OUR INFORMATION OUT TO THESE PEOPLE BUT THAT BECAUSE THE LOAN IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD, THESE SCAMMERS TROLL OUR COUNTY RECORDS AND GET OUR INFORMATION. WE FIRST RECEIVED A PINK LETTER FROM THEM TELLING US TO CALL A NUMBER AND THE RETURN ADDRESS SAID "HOME SERVICES AGREEMENT PROGRAM" AND GAVE AN ADDRESS IN **********, ** WHILE THEY ARE BASED IN **. IT WASN'T UNTIL I READ THE VERY FINE PRINT ON THIS LETTER THAT I REALIZED THE LETTER WAS FROM THIS INTEGRITY ADMIN GROUP.CONSUMERS ARE FORCED TO CALL THIS NUMBER AND THEN THEY WANT US TO GIVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION BEFORE THEY WILL EVEN PROCEED WITH THE CALL. I TRIED TO TELL THE REPRESENTATIVE I WANTED THE LETTERS TO STOP AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME UNLESS I GAVE THEM PERSONAL INFORMATION WHICH I WILL NOT DO. THE CONSTANT HARASSMENT OF LETTERS HAS NOT STOPPED FOR WEEKS NOW. WE GET LETTERS AND NOTICES EVERY SINGLE DAY IN OUR MAIL FROM THESE SCAMMERS. WE ARE UNABLE TO STOP THE HOUNDING AS THERE IS NO WAY TO DO THIS WITHOUT TELLING THEM OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.THIS HARASSMENT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND WE NEED THE BBB TO HELP US GET IT TO STOP. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST IN THE WAY THEY ARE DEALING WITH CONSUMERS AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE INTO BUYING SOME KIND OF HOME WARRANTY. THEY ARE SCAMMING INNOCENT AMERICANS ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS. WE NEED HELP GETTING THESE PEOPLE TO STOP HOUNDING US.

      - Please see detailed outline of events and contacts in attached documents - Was convinced at length to sign service contract by Integrity even after attempt to cancel - Had first claim filed on 9/22/23 that to date has received no resolution, inspection and Integrity closed without my knowing - Claim filed June 3, 2024 for HVAC failure during summer months with extreme heat - Integrity sent their own service provider who submitted a diagnostic on June 21, 2024 - Integrity sat on report, to this day, with no follow *** to their service provider or any request of additional information or additional inspections - I was told by Integrity to submit my own vendor replacement estimates which was completed - Integrity never followed up with me one time throughout the life of the claim, I had to call in dozens of times in order to even speak to someone - Was told multiple times my claim was covered, however they never did anything with it. - After 2 months of my unit sitting at over 95* I was forced to take matters in my own hand and have the system replaced to protect my property. Paid out of pocket - Another month went by with no work by Integrity regardless of numerous phone calls and requests by me to speak with management - **** provided false allegations on multiple calls stating they had sent my request for call back when they had not - Manager ******* stated he would call their provider for more information, never did according to the provider, and then proceeded to attempt claim denial based on the fact of a particular test not being done and me already replacing the unit. - I have submitted letters and information to Integrity with no responses, nor have they reviewed any of my information.- I am currently sitting on day 85 since my claim was filed with no resolution, nor any attempt to do so my Integrity - they have left me with a home uninhabitable for 2 months, and out of pocket expenses of over $10,000 which are also about to incur credit interest as well

The salesmen representing this business state outrageous financial estimates, make false claims to prevent financial loss, demand credit card information on the spot and call my phone number multiple times a day every single day of the week.

      On Monday, August 28th, An employee of Integrity Warranty assured me that the AC Drain Line repairs would be covered and opened up a claim for me. Based on this information, I went ahead with technician repairs that cost me 400 dollars. They later called and told me that the AC Drain line repairs would not be covered after the repairs were already completed. After asking to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor called and still refused to cover the cost of repairs, implying that I have the contract and could've read it myself. My claim number is *****.
