      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

This deceitful company advertises under the name "Home Services Department". Their website is: *************************************************** and they have offices in **********, **, **********, and *********, **. They are gaming the Better Business Bureau and promoting their undeserved A+ rating. They will tell you about their rating when you call from the letter you receive. However, they are reluctant to give you information about their real business profile name as listed on the BBB. Also, they will continue to harass consumers by mailing letters to new home owners found through the county deed records (public information). Their tactics include a barrage of realistic letters that appear to come from your bank or lending institution and a highly trained sales team at one of their call centers. One of their letters looks like a real check and includes a fingerprint seal watermark, knight logo, and a wavy line background. It says "This check is void without a colored border and background..." and contains your lender information (e.g., ***** Fargo). The urgent and bolded phrases include: "FINAL NOTICE", "PLEASE RESPOND BY:" "We reserves the right to revoke your eligibility for service coverage after 5 days". This company is a disgrace to better business and all the BBB is supposed to represent.

This is not marketing from Integrity Admin Group.  We are plan administrators.  We do not market to the public or collect any funds from customers.  This is a 3rd party seller.  I have reached out to our vendors and requested that this name and address be removed from all of their data files for no contact.  Thank you.

I received a call in reference to the repair cost and extended warranty on a 2017 GMC *************** The individual that I had on the phone explaining the payment plans and what is covered began to be a bit forceful with wanting money today telling me that if I did not pay to start the policy today That I would probably be looking at some expensive repairs in the near future then went into explaining to me what the most common problem with this vehicle is etc. etc. when I told him that before I wanted to pay them, I would like to take some time to investigate the company and ensure that I was getting a reputable company before giving this money Instead of giving me the opportunity to call back, he gave me excuses about why I would not be able to call back so then I proceeded to browse to the webpage on my smart phone and I let him know that there were several one star reviews, so then he proceeds to ask me well. What do you mean so I read a couple of the reviews to him one of them was rather scathing And it was in reference to a homeowners policy so he then started telling me well. People will be upset when things are not quite the way that they were expecting them to be or if another unnecessary or under expected expense falls on them to make the repairs on and then he said that that was a homeowners policy what I was looking at purchasing was a auto policy , but when I tried to explain to him that the way Im looking at it is that if they are not honoring a homeowners policy, why would I be able to expect them to honor an auto repair policy instead of giving me a legitimate explanation he began talking to me like I was stupid talking over me when I tried to ask questions and was blatantly disrespectful and then started using the fear tactics of well. Your car is got this many miles on it and this is the most notorious thing that goes wrong and youre going to have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket if you dont in-state this policy. Blatant bullying.

This call was from a 3rd party seller.  Integrity Admin does not sell contracts.  They administrate claims on warranty contracts.  According to the recorded phone call from the customer ******************** manager the reps speaking to the customer tried to address the issues and complaints she was referring to and customer hung up.

On Nov 5, 2021 I purchased an extended car warranty with Integrity Vehicle Group, *** with a down-payment of $110, then every month following I had $178.33 automatically deducted from my account without incident for a total of $1180 because as of May ********************************************************* I was not awarded a courtesy call nor a letter. This Warranty was to cover any electrical/computer and roadside assistance to my vehicle as well as provide payment for any deductible should an accident happen as well as rental car assistance. I called this morning because my vehicle is having a computer issue. I was told by the first woman that my warranty was canceled in Dec 2021. I was then transferred to the finance department. They told me that the mileage I gave them initially was incorrect so they revised the warranty, which is untrue because I was sitting in my car while providing this info and gave them the mileage to a T *******. They then told me that the warranty was canceled for non-payment in June 2022 even though payments were on auto-pay. He said possibly my bank rejected it....but they didn't reject it for the last 6 months. I didn't change debit cards, bank accounts and I didn't ask my bank to cancel payments. As far as I can tell they just stole $1,180 from me.They did not try to resolve anything and only gave me excuses that didn't make sense. My membership/contract number is 215F2850.

Integrity admin group IS A FRUAD. It is the worst insurance anyone can have. Please stay away from them. The representatives are truly unprofessional. After paying close too $200 a month we started having troubles around the home. When ever we called it was never guaranteed that they will cover. I had an air conditioner problem and they said someone will call to make an appointment to come out and check it. No one ever called and when I did call they claimed there was a ticket made but wasnt sure how long it will take for someone to come check. I wanted to cancel my policy and this is where everything made a turn. The representative was truly rude and did not allow me to cancel my policy. I hanged up and called again the next representative was the same. She sounded sweet in the beginning and I thought she was going to finally give me the help I needed. But she didnt she was the same as the previous representative and wasnt helping to end the policy.. she even told me to hold my breath while complaining. They just want your money. As of now Im still struggling to end my policy. Theyre not there to help, theyre there to scam.

This contract was purchased through The Home Protection Group, not Integrity Admin Group.  Integrity Admin Group administers warranty claims.  According to claims department, customer called in to file her claim.  Three days later called to say she found her own provider and called to cancel her contract.  This all happened in a period of 4 days.  If customer is owed any refunds they need to contact The Home Protection Group.  Their number is ************

On June 13, 2022 someone called me from the JCHW...Customer Service phone number: *************, ************************************* makes the calls for Integrity Ad Men Group in getting customers. This person was trying to get me to get they're home warranty plan. I told him I had just signed up with another company, he asked me the name of that company. He proceeded to tell me that they weren't a good company and what their rating was with the BBB. He convinced me to close that account and hop on board with them. That being said, he told me that for $155.00 down and $144.00 a month would cover all my appliances, hot water tank, air conditioner, etc...if anything broke down to call them , they would send someone to repair whatever broke down. That I have to pay the repair cost of $75.00. On Saturday July 9, 2022 My washer broke down., I called them on July 15 to report it. On July 18, someone came to my home to repair it., took it completely apart and said it was not repairable., took some pictures and said he would turn his report in and I should be getting a check for a new washer. 3 days went by and I heard nothing. On day 4, July 22, I called the warranty company, he told me my claim was denied because of the rust on my machine, this rust is on the inside of my washer which I can't see., which is beside the point. Of course I don't understand what rust has to do with my washer not working. When getting this warranty the guy told me if anything broke down they would repair it, I had to pay the $75 for the repair person to come to my home., and if it could not be repaired I'd get a replacement. They said someone would get back to me. I waited. I called them back on July 25th and July 26. This Integrity Group absolutely refuse to change their minds, saying that in their policy that rust is a factor. I feel they are being fraudulent. Not once did they say there's an age limit on any appliances. Rust didn't cause this. They took my ********* lose out on a washer.

JCHW does NOT make calls on behalf of Integrity Admin.  We are not in business to sell contracts.  We administer claims for 3rd parties.  Integrity Admin follows the terms of the contract when issuing claim payments.  I have forwarded this letter to the manager of JCHW to address the complaint and the refund.  JCHW would be the one to issue a refund to the customer.  When i have updated information i will upload it. Thank you

JCHW group said Integrity turned down my claim. Someone owes me something, a new washing machine or some money. One or both companies have screwed me over. I just want something out of this. I dont feel its asking too much, but right now Im coming out of this with nothing and its not right. I struggle to make ends meet working two jobs. I work hard for my money and right now I feel that I have been defrauded
